Fresh water adventure - Beautiful!We enjoyes and had fun!ther are two places can jump one more easier than other!life jacket i sugget current strong.Dontee was great with my chilren and myself!He took pics and helped us to be very careful walking to and from the hole!He also made sure to take extra care with my small child (10)!! (Tip is always optional but do so as you see fit for your experience and budget!!!)

Kenneth is the man! - 1st of all our tour guide Kenneth was patient to wait for us for us since we got off the crusie late and took us to our destinations in an awesome timely manner. The blue hole staff was very friendly and the water felt great. This review is more to show how Kenneth gave us the greatest hospitality. We felt safe and taken care of.

Fantastic place to go - We had lots of fun swinging on the rope and diving into the water. It was amazing. They have the best tour guide. Will surely visit once again.

Really good - We had an awesome stay with our guide Sheldon. He knows everything about the Blue Hole and the best way to Go there. He is a very funny guy. You should ask for him.

Tina and Andre - Tina and Andre our guys through the waterfall jumps and amazing scenery were incredible. I could not express enough how they made our trip the best of the week

Good experience - The visit was good, the tour guide guys are amazing. The river it self is beautiful and has different areas that you can swim or dive. I enjoyed the mineral most of all and the falls. However, I was expecting to see like a chill and calm romantic spot where my partner and I could chill away from the crowd, but did not notice any ,and and most of the river is very deep. But overall great experience.

Not too impressed and disappointed - A lot of confusion re ticket pick up, especially as the office was closed due to it being bank holiday. Taxi driver found it difficult to find the entrance. Expensive to rental/purchase water shoes, which are a must! The cost for a 3 year and 5 year old is extortionate as they really can not participate in the activity. It advertised on the listing swinging rope but this was not there so adults disappointed regarding this. There are life guards and guides as it is an escorted tour, however they made it apparent at the end they expected to be tipped, but it is listed as a guided activity. Photographs which are digital are a ridiculous price, starting at 60$ for 6 upto 250$ for 100. Picnic area is 1 table with 6 stools with a sunshade. With hind sight I would have booked with a different company which offered everything that they advertised!

Fraudulant - Buyer beware. We bought on our way to the Blue Hole only to find out they didn't accept online tickets and had to double pay. They informed us this tour company was fraudulent.

Frustrated - We did not get to experience it at all we waited for hours for our ride and then found out he was in an accident. He is family and so i contacted the property the same day and they would not refund us.

Didn't see the blu hole that we were looking forward to - Purchased and paid for the trip here on tripadvisor.Gone very well until the driver demanded 50 us dollars in transport.Sto no room st the trip I had booked was without bus fare. We felt deceived and therefore did not go.Very disappointed.I got the money for the trip back by TP without any problems without clothing on whether we really should pay 50 dollars for the bus when we had already paid for the trip (55 dollars)
