Great Tour Company and our driver Mr Bailey went above & beyond - Jamaica Terrific Travel Tours is fantastic and they answered all my questions even before I booked with them. Our driver Bailey was excellent, he is very courteous, friendly and he went above beyond for our needs. Our excursions were Blue Hole, Dunn’s River Fall and Luminous Lagoon (3 in 1). OTW there he took us for souvenirs shopping, stopped at a fruit vendor for us to buy local fruits, took us to craft market to do more shopping. We told Mr Bailey we love Jamaican Patties and when we were in Ocho Rios, he stopped at Juicy Patties for us to get our Patties for lunch. When we were at the Blue Hole, my daughter had an accident and needed medical attention, without any questions, Mr Bailey took us to the doctor, he even went in the doctor’s office with us to make sure my daughter got her stitches. Because of that, we did not get to do Dunn”s River Falls and he arranged with his supervisor to give us our refunds. What a great after sales service, we don’t see that kind of honest business these day. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to book tours in Montego Bay, please request for Mr Bailey because he will take great care of you and your group. He went Above and Beyond what we paid for and he exceeded his tour guide responsibilities. Car is very clean and cold a/c and it is very comfortable, Mr Bailey is very knowledgeable and explained while driving and pointing out landmarks/history. You will NOT REGRET if you go with this company and ask for Bailey

Awesome trip, highly recommend it! - I highly recommend this tour. Mr. Bailey showed us around Jamaica and took us to do additional activities based on our preferences. He gave us insight into Jamaica and answered all of our questions. Super polite, personable and professional! I couldn’t recommend this enough - my wife and I absolutely loved it.

Day trip to Ocho Rios - Going with Jamaica Terrific Tours is the way to go! Mr. Bailey was our private driver, he picks you up for your hotel and takes you to Blue Hole to see the waterfalls. He’ll drop you off and set you up with a guide at Blue Hole. You’ll pay cash to get in. There are lockers to keep your things. You’ll have a photographer with you to take pictures. It’s a nice hike to waterfall - some parts steep. Wear comfortable shoes. Water shoes are great. There are vendors that sell them at entrance when you drive in. There are swimming holes to jump in and swim before you get to waterfall. The water is so clean and beautiful! Once at waterfall you can go in to a cave to do a mud exfoliation, jump off high platform to water and swim. You’ll hike back down and pictures will be ready for you to pay. They’re super expensive! Negotiate price. They asked for $30 a picture. Or $120 for all of them. They’ll send them to you in What’s app and give you a disc. After Blue Hole, the guides took us right back to Mr Bailey and he drove us shopping before we went to Luminous Lagoon which starts at 7:15-ish. You’ll want to plan your trip working backwards from that time. He also took us to a local restaurant known for great Jerk Chicken. Luminous Lagoon is a fun experience. Night swimming, water glows in dark when disrupted. They’ll take pictures for you. Again, pretty pricey. They air drop to your phone. Mr. Bailey dropped us back at hotel. He’s the best. Super knowledgeable, friendly, safe driver. It was so nice to not have to wait for others and be flexible and stop anywhere you like in between the two excursions. He’s also well connected and can tell you where to go and set you up.

Total rip off!!!! - Stay away from this company. 1. Guides at the blue hole were so rude. I gave each a tip of $10 and they act as if we should have given them more. 2. The water at the lagoon DID NOT glow. 3. Price of food NOT included. Why even talk about scothies if we have to pay for our own food. 4. We were picked up too early so we had to sit for hours, because that's when the Lumious lagoon work which it DID NOT!!! Baile tried everything he could but nothing work. I feel sorry him that he has to work for this company. The 1 good thing about our tour was the driver. Zero stars for the company. You ripped us off.
