Outstanding! - We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Courtney Taylor Tours in Jamaica—hands down one of the best days of our entire trip! From the moment we were picked up, everything was seamless, well-organised, and full of energy. The itinerary was perfectly planned and packed with highlights. Climbing Dunn’s River Falls was an incredible experience—such a fun and unique adventure! We also enjoyed a brilliant rum tasting, which gave us a real taste of Jamaica, followed by a fantastic lunch that was both delicious and authentic. The tubing was another standout moment—relaxing, fun, and full of laughter. Every part of the day felt thoughtfully put together, striking the perfect balance between excitement and relaxation. A special mention has to go to our guide, Tillea, and our driver, who were both absolutely outstanding. Tillea’s knowledge of Jamaica was exceptional—she shared fascinating insights about the island’s history, culture, and local life, which really enriched the whole experience. Both she and the driver were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout the day. This was a truly fun-packed, memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour. I would highly recommend Courtney Taylor Tours to anyone visiting Jamaica—you won’t be disappointed!

Waterfalls, Tubing, Jerk Chicken Oh My!!! - Dunns River is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Jamaica, to experience walking in and along the waterfall and having amazing photo shoots and playing in the falls is an experience to remember. It was our 2nd time tubing down the white river and it’s a fun, relaxing experience full of laughter. Our guide pointed out recommendations along the river and even stopped for us to get some drinks and some whacky tobaccy for those interested, ending at the ocean with beautiful views, then took us to a great lunch with Jamaicas famous jerk chicken and drinks.

I highly recommend this! - Our experience began wonderfully with an excellent driver named Rag. He was very informative and provided us with a fantastic experience! He ensured our belongings were secure, giving us peace of mind. He also brought us to a wonderful shop where we could purchase souvenirs at great prices. Additionally, he took us to a superb local establishment for some authentic jerk chicken and festival, which was incredibly flavorful and juicy. George, our tubing instructor, was phenomenal! He was a great entertainer, even with our small group. The Dunn River experience was truly exceptional! We had a wonderful time! Please remember to bring water shoes. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience!

Good Experience - It was nice, the driver Rajaye was nice and I would recommend everyone the River tubing. Dunns River is really funny especially the Guide Milton.

Such a great experience! - Devari was an amazing guide. He was very accommodating and let us know what we were getting into. He stayed with us throughout the waterfall experience and tubing. He even stopped for us when we forgot somethings to bring on the tour. Overall this was a very fun activity with someone who took really good care of us.

I really wanted to give... - I really wanted to give this tour 5 stars. Courtney Taylor tours were very kind and friendly and Sean and Adrian were excellent drivers with lots of information to share. They took great care of us. I can’t find any reviews that talk about guests being on a cruise ship. We were docked in Falmouth and having no knowledge of the island we didn’t realize it would be over an hour drive to the falls. We were with 4 other people from the ship on the first leg and dropped them off for horseback riding. My husband and I were picked up there by Adrian and taken to the falls. He walked us in and made sure we got our tickets and then told us to meet him back in about 2 hours. The falls were pretty and definitely a challenge to climb. It was very crowded also. If you struggle with balance issues this is not for you. We are in good shape so it was manageable for us at 55 and 53 years old. BRING WATER SHOES or you will have to rent them. No negotiation on that! Also as other reviews mentioned bring cash in with you to tip each of your guides and the photographer if you purchase the pictures. After the falls, Adrian took us to have jerk chicken. It was only the chicken, 2 festivals (a sort of Jamaican bread) and soda. We didn’t receive any sides as mentioned in other reviews. When we got back in the van, Adrian told us we were not going to have enough time to do the river tubing which I was really looking forward to. We had gotten a later start leaving the port because we were waiting on two of the guests to arrive and this pushed our start time back. Plus with the hour or more drive back it was just impossible to make the tubing happen. Adrian said we will be getting a refund for the tubing so at least they are making it right for us. We really did enjoy the falls and the lunch but it was so much driving we hadn’t counted on. This is a great activity to do if you are docked in Ocho Rios on a cruise ship but it is really too far from Falmouth and from the looks of the map probably Montego Bay as well.
