What a great experience. - What a great day! What could have ended in disappointment ended up being a rewarding and fun day. We happened to be unlucky enough to travel to Blue Hole and Dunn's River the day of the tanker truck turnover. However, Captain Morgan came through for us! He navigated the congestion with ease and purpose. And we felt very safe in the traffic chaos. We were able to enjoy our time at both locations. Captain Morgan was patient and jovial - even though it was an extremely long day (3 hour drive back to the resort). We will 100% be using Ultimate Excursions during our next trip in Jamaica. P.S. When we got back to the resort, we heard that several tour groups had to turn around. We love Captain Jason Morgan!

Personal driver to Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls - Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls are beautiful and provide a bit of adventure too. Having a personal driver was the best, you can avoid large group tours with this company. Worth paying a bit extra for. Easy to communicate and coordinate with. Shamoy was our driver and I highly recommend him.

Beautiful and great experience - Great experience. Our guide was awesome. When the guide tells you to leave everything in the car at blue hole, listen to him! Blue hole and Dunns River Falls was beautiful!

Blue hole and Dunn’s fall excursion - We had an excellent time with Captain Jason Morgan. We played in the blue hole and then made our way to Dunn’s falls for some waterfall climbing adventures before a late lunch stop for some local jerk chicken.

Fun adventures at two attractions in the Ochos Rios area - Great experience. We booked private transportation from the cruise port in Falmouth so that we could visit both the Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls, considering the distance. It worked out great and we were back in lots of time. Captain Morgan, the driver, was fantastic! The only confusing part was that we had two sets of directions for the meeting point (email vs ticket) and only one was correct. Tip - use the directions that indicate the meeting point is inside the gates of the cruise terminal. For us, that was the email that had correct instructions. Ticket had wrong instructions.

Fun time, friendly service! - Wonderful, friendly, prompt service. Navar is informative and friendly. He is terrific! Very response via phone and text on What’s App. Excursions were fun. Blue Hole is not for the faint of heart. Competitive prices.

Excellent service - These folks are tip top. Best destination excursions and transport we have been on with our family of five. Excellent communication, coordination and value. You must go with them!

Dunn’s Falls trip 2024 - We had a wonderful time with our guide Pete. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region. He accommodated to our plans and offered great suggestions. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Cruise stop in Jamaica - We had an amazing time in Jamaica. The company was great at communicating and confirming t the booking details, they connected with us a day before our tour to make sure that everything was on schedule with our cruise. Our driver Jason our was in time, friendly and took great care of my family. Gave us some history about Jamaica as we were driving to the Blue Hole location, one there, he connected us with our tour guide at the falls, who was very fun, and guided us through the falls and made us feel very safe and comfortable. We then proceeded to the Dunns Hills, again Jason took care of the lines and getting us entrance to the park ( fee not included in the tour cost) Dunns falls are gorgeous, Jason was there waiting for us until we were done and even came to the rescue when we were short a couple of $$ to tip our guide at the falls, our last stop was a Jamaican lunch that was delicious, again Jason helped with skipping the lines and getting us great service, he seems to know everyone at all the locations which is great. He got us back to the cruise terminal on time and safely, I would 100% recommend them in your next visit to Jamaica!!! Thank you for an amazing fun adventure in Jamaica!!
