- Central Mosque of Lisbon - The Central Mosque of Lisbon (Portuguese: Mesquita Central de Lisboa) is the primary mosque in Lisbon, Portugal, serving the city’s Islamic community. Designed by architects António Maria Braga and João Paulo Conceição, its exterior features include a minaret and a dome. The mosque houses reception halls, a prayer hall, and an auditorium. The Central Mosque has established a council to offer financial and other services to the local Muslim community. Although the request to build the center was made in 1966, approval was not granted until 1978, following the 1973 oil crisis, which elevated the economic and political influence of Arab oil-producing nations. The mosque was officially opened in 1985.
- Torre de Belem - The Belém Tower (Torre de Belém) was constructed between 1514 and 1520 in the Manuelino style by Portuguese architect and sculptor Francisco de Arruda. It was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1983. Built on the northern bank of the Tagus River, this tower initially served to protect the city. Later, it was converted into a lighthouse and customs house. It is located near the Jerónimos Monastery.
- Parque Eduardo VII - Parque Eduardo VII offers beautiful views of central Lisbon and the River Tagus from its elevated position.

Special thanks to Dr. Asad Mohsin - an Associate Professor at the University of Waikato in New Zealand, for launching a Halal Tour for Muslim Travelers in Portugal. Lisbon is a city full of Islamic traditions with a deep-rooted history. Portugal, formerly called Al-Garb Al-Andalus, signifying the west of Spain, was under the governance of Islam for over half a millennium. The significant Islamic influence over the ages in Lisbon deserves attention, as the city fell to the Muslim Moors in 711. There are an abundance of historical and architectural attractions like the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and the Torre de Belém World Heritage Sites. Take a tour of the Central Mosque, opened on March 29, 1985, which embodies modern architectural design and is the significant and most outstanding mosque in Lisbon. Then, pay a visit to the Aicha Siddika Mosque in Odivelas, established in 1983. We have arranged a memorable Halal tour for you. This private tour includes flexibility with pick-up (9am) /drop-off (18pm) from your chosen accommodations, along with a driver/guide, Tickets, and a Halal Lunch.
