Following this, the excursion continues to Cape Figari, a stunning limestone cliff by the sea, or to Cape Ceraso, known for its charming inlets. The best locations for a refreshing swim and a light snack on board will be chosen based on wind conditions.
This remarkable tour also offers the chance to spot dolphins, drawn to the area by local fish farming. On fortunate days, these magnificent creatures may swim close to the boat or be observed from afar, ensuring their natural activities remain undisturbed. An experienced guide will provide fascinating insights and interesting facts about these rare encounters.
- The chance of spotting dolphins is 80%, however, from June to September, the flow of boats increases and this can frighten and drive away dolphins
- Dolphins are wild animals and we will try to interfere as little as possible with their activities and behaviour
- If there are too many boats in the sighting area we will move away to limit the disturbance to the dolphins
- If you spot dolphins we ask that you do not raise your voice, do not give/throw food to them, do not try to touch them
