This tour stands out from the rest as it offers a visit to a farmer who is a certified agronomic engineer. He has dedicated his life to studying fruits and has perfected his cocoa by genetically enhancing his fruits to blend the flavor of Chuncho while increasing their size. Remarkably, he is among the few farmers who manage every step of the process independently and sells his own chocolate paste.
During the tour, participants will explore a Peruvian province, La Convencion, nestled in the mountainous jungle, a destination seldom visited by tourists.
Following this, attendees will have the opportunity to learn and engage in the various stages of creating a product they often enjoy: chocolate.
Whether as a family, couple, or small group, guests can join the farmers in experiencing all the traditional stages of cocoa production, from harvesting to tasting.
