Airport Arrivals: Ensure your flight information is current to prevent significant delays in airport pick-ups. Turn on your cell phone immediately upon landing. According to airport authority rules, we need your updated flight number to enter the airport and monitor your arrival (no need to call if the flight is delayed). If the driver and vehicle must leave one hour after the flight lands (for domestic flights), the same fees apply for any wait time for a second flight not pre-arranged and listed on this confirmation. If multiple flights are provided at the time of reservation, the latest arriving flight will take precedence, and the driver will arrive at its corresponding baggage claim at the updated arrival time. If a flight is significantly delayed, guests must call the driver upon landing, allowing 20-30 minutes for pick-up.
Meet & Greet Procedure from Orlando Airport: Meet the driver holding a sign with the passenger’s name inside baggage claim at the bottom of the escalators before collecting luggage. The waiting time for pick-up without charge is 45 minutes after flight landing for national arrivals, 60 minutes for international arrivals, and 15 minutes for any other pick-up.
Lost and Found Personal Items: Contact us immediately to report any items left behind. We will make every effort to recover your property, but we are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If found, we will notify you immediately to arrange pick-up or delivery. Please note: a nominal fee may be charged for transporting your belongings to your hotel.
Luggage: The luggage limit is based on the capacity of each van (a single stroller counts as one suitcase, a double stroller as two). Maximum Luggage Capacity: Please note the maximum number of full-size bags allowed for your reserved vehicle. You may add a few small carry-ons. Notify us immediately if you need to upgrade to a larger vehicle to avoid delays, additional charges, and unavailability of a larger vehicle on the day of service. If transported in a larger vehicle on the first day, do not assume the same size vehicle will be used for return; contact us to upgrade if needed.
Prohibited items include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains, explosives, firearms, fireworks, flammable liquids, furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), and materials with disagreeable odors. Oversize Items: A bicycle counts as one piece of allowable luggage. Bicycles must be disassembled and contained in a case not exceeding 8” x 32” x 60” and securely fastened.
Extra Stops: Unless pre-arranged and listed on this confirmation, stops between pick-ups and drop-offs are not permitted due to scheduling constraints. Last-minute service add-ons may not be available, so please plan ahead.
Pick-Up Times from the Orlando Area to Port Canaveral: For guests with a pick-up time before 11:00 am from the Orlando area, the time may be adjusted 15 to 20 minutes later than scheduled during busy mornings, prioritizing those exiting cruise ships to catch flights home. We are committed to fulfilling obligations to returning guests first and will do our best to keep your appointment before 11:00 am, notifying you of any possible time adjustments that morning.
Child Seats: Child seats are available upon request. Use of the child seat is at your own risk, and you release us from any liability for injury, whether directly or indirectly caused by us or any agent assigned by us. If a requested child seat is not provided, the only recourse is a credit for the car seat charge. Child seat fees do not affect the transfer itself or any price paid. Vans are equipped with one forward-facing car seat and one booster seat at no charge. We use vans or luxury SUVs for our services.
