• Important Notice For your safety and enjoyment, if sea conditions, strong winds, or weather around the Blue Cave are not suitable, our guide may choose an alternative location for the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be offered in the case of a location change.
• Health and Safety Guidelines For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone with the following conditions does not participate in the tour: • Pregnancy • Heart conditions ・Epilepsy • Diabetes • High blood pressure • Ear, nose, or throat conditions • Respiratory conditions • Asthma • Pneumonia • Currently taking medication • Feeling unwell due to alcohol consumption or a hangover If any of the above apply to you, we’re very sorry, but participation in the tour will not be possible. We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
• For customers participating in diving activities: Due to the increased risk of Decompression sickness, flying after the tour is not permitted. Guests who have a scheduled flight after the tour will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that we are unable to offer refunds for any changes or cancellations due to flight schedules. We kindly ask that you make your reservation with full understanding of this policy.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
