Delicious and personal - Absolutely fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the little tour and seeing Tom prunethe vines so quickly. The food was delicious and paired with 2 wines with each course which was very generous. Well worth it!

Great degustation plus some! - My wife and I really enjoyed this whole experience. The appeal for us was the 5 course degustation menu, which are always great. Compliments to the chef - each dish was superb, beautifully prepared with care and in very generous proportions compared to other degustations we have done before. Each course was accompanied by two matching wines from the Swinging Bridge brand and these were lovely. Shout out to Will, the Sommelier who looked after us on the day. He knew his wines and pointed out the features of each wine for us. The highlight for us though was the 10 minute intro/chat about the wines onsite. Will walked us outside into the vineyards and explained how they are grown, maintained, picked and made into wine. This was a great experience- beyond what we have ever done at a wine tasting before. I found this incredibly interesting given the science behind wine making and the myriad of variables.
