Wonderful customer service - I needed a little extra help as I am a senior diver. The dive master and all of the crew were so attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Great dive sites too. The sunken plane was a fantastic experience being able to enter it.

Well run organization - would not hesitate to go again with them! - After perusing reviews, I reached out to S.E. Aruba Fly n Dive via email from the US. and within couple days began a back and forth Q&A dialogue with Ms. Paula Aresu, who was 1/2 of the husband wife Team. Very responsive and they offered shuttle van transportation each of our three days of 2-tank dives for my friend Mike and I (from Eagle Aruba resort). The refresher course, intake paperwork, safety brief - all steps went smoothly without chaos or confusion. Each day of the 3 I dove with them, the amount of divers increased each day. The well-used rental gear was in decent shape all things considered as was the boat and its on board amenities. Gerard was assistant captain and dive master along with Paula and Edwin who all three alternated dive master roles. With just over 60 logged dives experience, with most in tropical waters, IMHO, the visibility was fairly good, about 60-75’ at 60’ depth on April 5th, 7th, and 9th. I was a little underwhelmed with the underwater creatures I was hoping to see, and the reefs we visited were not especially memorable or lively. There was an abundance of smaller reef fish though, and a few eels and one turtle spotted. We dove Jane Sea and Airplanes wrecks - they were fairly intact. It was fairly windy each day at sea, and a tad challenging getting back on boat but crew did a good job assisting divers both on and off the boat. Paula shot some GoPro footage and I was thankful she shared some of the raw footage with me over WhatsApp. Overall 5 stars - the Team works well and efficiently to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Great service! - A very professional small dive operation run by a great family. They even offered refreshments after both dives. We were very pleased and would choose them again.

OK - The diving club is ok. The diving area not so nice. We saw very few fish types, the corals are mostly damaged. Overall it was a good experience.

Shallow reef dives good, wrecks meh. - If you're looking for shallow dives (reef) then this is good for you. Unfortunately not for me as I'm a technical diver (instructor). Too many newbie divers that they had to accommodate.

Uncommunicative and indifferent dive operator. - I have been diving for over 40 years, and in my experience the people who work in the dive industry do so because they love their jobs and enjoy sharing their passion with their clients. Not these people, though. For them we were clearly a bother. When we booked the dive trip, part of the package was pick-up at our hotel. We were never asked what hotel we were at, though, so three days before the dive I emailed S.E.Aruba Fly'n Dive to tell give them that information and ask them to confirm pick-up. A day went by and we received no response, so I emailed again. A second day went by before they responded and said we would be given a pick-up time in another day. In the meantime, my girlfriend developed a cold, so I emailed to ask if we could postpone the dive by a day to give her some time to get over it. Once again, no response. I emailed a second time, no response. It wasn't until 40 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time that we heard back. By then we were ready to go, so went moved ahead. The dive master picked us up, and then didn't say a word to us throughout our 30 minute drive to the boat. She was clearly annoyed at having to work. The boat was nice enough and the diving was fine, but during the interval between the two dives, the captain and two dive masters each sat apart from the guests and spent the entire time on their phones. Then, instead of going to a new site for the second dive per usual, they moved the boat just a few hundred yards and we basically repeated the same dive. All in all, they did the absolute minimum.
