Our party of five had an exceptional experience with out host driver, John. He was incredible and we could not be more pleased with his level of service on our tour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to engage each family on the tour and made us all feel welcomed. If I had to rate his service out of 10, I would rate him off the charts at a 20. For anyone reading this review, ask for John as your tour host, he is worth it. Well done and thank you John!!!

The tour director did not share much history and was hard to understand. We lost a lot of time driving thru a subdivision and golf course. We would have rather spent more time at some of the planned sites. He also ran a personal errand and left us in the bus.

We didn’t even stop at the aloe factory which was the main attraction of the tour! We had to constantly ask questions about landmarks because the tour guide just wanted to play music or talk on his phone. Our 4 hour tour was only 2.5 hours and NOT worth the price. If the aloe factory isn’t on the tour it shouldn’t be listed.
