Kızkumu beach has lately become a popular spot for touristic Jeep Safari tours.
There are various legends of Kızkumu told among local people.
It is believed that this beautiful young girl’s grave is at the end of Kızkumu. This place is known as Kızkumu (meaning ‘the sand of the girl’ in Turkish) from then on.
When walking along this 600-meter long path in the sea, locals and visitors make a wish and believe that their wishes will come true…

Great trip for the day - Great trip a little chilly in March but still good I was soaked and had a blast water fight was the most fun but a fully enjoyable day all around

Great trip lots of smiles and impressions! - Transfer from hotel to hotel punctual, smiling what is given to everyone. An idea with an extra water battle! The staff is happy to approach the tourist - they are helpful.

Nice day out - We had a lovely day, our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. My favorite part was the orange garden, so nice!! Recommended if you want to see a bit of the countryside.

Amazing trip - Amazing experience great water fun fight with nice lunch 🥗Walk in the woods be prepared a bit dangerous rocky and slippery be prepared not suitable for old people too small children (my opinion)

Great trip around Marmaris - It was a great, varied trip. The jeep was open and you could see so much. Bring sun protection if necessary. Tie on hats or caps! :D, don't forget your swimwear and a change of clothes or a rain jacket, you'll get completely wet in the water fight but it was so much fun. Diving into the waterfall, walking across the bay at Jesus Beach or riding a camel were all possible. Great view over Marmaris.

Great day out - Great day out, got absolutely soaked during the water fight, nice lunch afterwards and a stroll around the water fall and then a trip to the beach for 45 minutes

I wouldn’t recommend - It was mediocre but not up to our expectations. The tour guide was nice but it felt like he just went to random places without explaining what the place was and instead just dropped us there, said ‘you’ll be here 45minutes’ and then rushed off to the next place. The excursion consisted of a ‘water gun’ experience which wasn’t expected and wasn’t mentioned either and felt like that time could’ve been used to see another village/ area considering it was our first time in Turkey. The only part which was worth while was right to the end, the waterfall but unfortunately the ‘water-gun’, shallow sea and the lunch felt like it was rushed and was not enjoyable. The lunch would’ve sufficed a 10 year old and felt more like a starter than a lunch. The tour guide asked for a tip at the end even though he only drove us to places and didn’t explain any places we stopped at, so that felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately it’s not an excursion I would recommend.
