Great Park. - The views are amazing. The rides are well themed. Lots of restaurants. This park needs more roller coasters and thrill rides.

Best Weekend Ever! - Wowza! If you are in orlando for a weekend you gotta visit epic! It was so cool seeing all of our son's favorite worlds collide in one massive theme park. Big mouse has nothing on universal is all I'll say. One thing that I think they should approve upon is their waiting or stuff to do in line. Other than that our weekend at the park was magical and something we will never forget.

Great way to spend an afternoon - After a conference, we were given tickets to the park to get in at 2pm. Plenty of time for us, who are not riders to see a few shows and walk around and see all the exhibits and areas. Overall a nice day.

Universal Studios locker tip. - This is a tip that may be known about the lockers you have to use to stow your stuff before getting on the rides. If you are doing a child swap for a large coaster or aggressive ride, you do not need to stow your items in a locker which will save you time. The person waiting with the young chid can just hold the items or in some cases my wife didn’t want to ride at all but still waited in the family room with the child and bags and then we just left.

Not a great visit to Universal Studios. - We had high hopes but it was extremely hot without a lot of shade. Hour waits for rides first thing in the morning. 159.00 for not a lot. The ET ride was so dated and underwhelming. Floridians have a lot of speeding truck drivers. Freeways don’t feel safe. Won’t be coming back.!!! California Universal is so much better.

Universal needs to do better! Awful experience - I’m the parent of a 4-year-old with anaphylaxis-level allergies to dairy and peanuts. Before visiting Universal, we were approved for accessibility accommodations via IBCCES. We submitted a doctor’s note and completed a pre-trip call where we were reassured that dining locations could accommodate food allergies. That was completely untrue. We visited 7 restaurants in the park, and every single one told us they could not guarantee safety due to shared prep spaces and lack of dedicated allergy procedures. It made dining at the park unsafe and terrifying. Additionally, there were no easily accessible nursing areas for mothers, and the app didn’t list any information to help us locate one. I feel deeply disappointed and misled. Universal should not claim to support food allergy families if they are not equipped to follow through. We were left without safe food and felt entirely unsupported. This experience was discriminatory, dangerous, and heartbreaking.

Bad Management - The management at this place is terrible. They kicked out a guy in a wheelchair that was just trying to make some fans happy. If your very optimistic about staff/management. Do NOT go to this place.

Old, expensive, 5 out of seven rides broken - The place is getting old and out of seven rides five were broken. Lineups with 2 hours long which is ridiculous. It's better to go to the beach, no line up there. When we complained they gave us two rides speed passes and they were not accepted at the rides that we wanted to go on once they fixed two of the five broken rides. So I left us with two rides and at $150 that was $75 a ride absolutely ridiculous. One of the rides which was the Harry Potter ride broke down while we were upside down. It kept restarting and putting us in different positions on our sides on our fronts and breaking down again All in one ride. It took 30 minutes for us being stuck to getting off the ride by reversing the ride back to the beginning slowly. Go to six flags it's way better.

Rip-off and boredom - You can save yourself the money. They're just rip-offs and nothing to bid on. Pure boredom. Don't come back. Food highly calorific and miserable, extremely expensive, fries cost five dollars!

Awful experience. - We dealt with an associate by the name of Alaina Wilhelm and seen her behaviors unusual. We noticed she smelled of marijuana and she refused to help us in anyway. I thought Universal would have Excellent Customer Service but I am disgusted with the service of this associate and hope that our complaints will be heard and this associate be disciplined and dismissed. People save thousands to go to these theme parks and our family was one of them and this experience will go down in history for her attitude, disrespect and the fact she was obviously under the influence.
