Live the cinema at full speed as if we were there. - Very, very nice experience. A park like never before. Look not between 2 days 2 parks and 1 days 2 parks with wire cutter, the best is wire cutter. The only wireless attraction that is Agrid’s motorcycle rollercoster, required 80 minutes of off-peak waiting on the lunch break. Otherwise with cutting es attractions are done in 1 day for both parks without the water park. We started with the Jurassic Park area then Harry Potter and skull. Then at noon it was the water attractions we did. And there be no mistake you end up in the shower dressed, e is not a joke, the Popeye attraction makes you go completely under buckets of water. When it's 30 degrees you dry in 30 minutes and take a break. For the meal, already that it is America, it is worse in the speeches, so we eat even worse there. Side sensation, it is unforgettable and incomparable, stroller foster more than 3 minutes, I did not know before. Replay 22km travelled optimising the route and the feeling of spending a day in the best Hollywood movies. The sets are remarkable with movie details all day.

Universal is always enjoyable - I bought 2 day get 3 days free tickets and enjoyed my visit. I saw the Borne Stuntcatular about 5 times and I loved it. I rode just about everything in the park several times including the Mummy. Fast and Furious needs to go already. In my opinion Universal is a better park to visit if your on a budget. Disney will never do a Buy X number day and get X number of days free promo.

Great and easy experience - Easy to use and lines were very short. Great experience and would definitely recommend to families who want less lines and family friendly experience

A lot of fun (and wall to wall merch) - The weather was perfect and we got promotion tickets. The whole thing is very impressive with exquisite theming details in the stores and buildings that house the attractions. The lines weren't that long when we were there and there is a lot to look at in the queue to keep one engaged. It is the ultimate experience in commercial entertainment. You have to get over that though. If you just accept it for what it is, it is still a lot of fun.

Fun - Clean, walkable, plenty of activities for all age levels. Mobile food ordering was great. Harry Potter worlds were soooo detailed. Some attractions are dated but still fun to explore. The mobile app with ride times was essential.

misleadingdining dollars.com promo with Universal Studios - My family frequently visits Orlando, and we go back-and-forth between Disney and universal. Now that my kids are older they prefer universal and I do too. So we purchased tickets through Sam’s Club and got a little bit of a savings along with the dining dollars.com pretend discount. I say pretend because you cannot use the dining dollars at Universal Studios. I am not sure who to blame for this Sam’s Club or universal but either way it’s very misleading and disappointing when you spend hours setting up the account and trying to figure out where you can actually use the dining dollars. Not fun. Let’s put a damper on the experience but overall my kids still had fun. I just want to know everything upfront if I’m buying food for the day, I can budget for that but if I’m told I have $80 voucher for food I expect to save that $80. Don’t fall for the food voucher misleading promo that’s my lesson learned.

Ultimately, it was fine. - Universal theme parks- prepare to stand and walk A loT. Islands of adventure is the better park. I would have saved money and just done that. There actually aren't that many rides here. More of them are experiences and if you like 3D/4D stuff. I don't. Velocicoaster can't be missed. It's epic. Hagrids ride was closed, that was so disappointing. The theming in the park is excellent though. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Not a great value imo.

SUPERSTAR SHUTTLE RUINED OUR VACATION. ALMOST MISSED FLIGHT HOME WITH NO REFUND - DO NOT TAKE THE SUPER STAR SHUTTLE SERVICE for UNIVERSAL. I have emails/ text and a physical card that our pick up time from cabana bay was 2:15 pm to take us to the air port. They didnt send us a cab until ONE HR LATER. after sitting on the phone with the nastiest workers at the shuttle NO REFUND. First lady said our shuttle was 2:45, than manager said it was 1:45 but our emails and text were confirmed 2:15! They wasted an hour trying to convince us that their records were correct and they have NO IDEA WHO SENT US TEXT OR EMAILS THAT HAVE THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO IT. The manager HUNG the phone up on us while i was asking what happened when we miss our flight? And i was asking for a full refund. Totally left a terrible last impression of universal. Shout out to the bell hop at cabana bay (his name was Orlando) he was going above and beyond to help us! Thank you! I have tried to reach out to speak to someone and no one answers. Unacceptable. Unfortunate.

Disappointed 😞 - We are from Australia so we decided to spend 2 weeks and do both Disney and Universal. We found Disney an amazing experience, everything was so convenient and easy for a family to navigate. I have 4 kids including a baby and I was able to go on so many rides and attractions with her in a carrier or on my lap. Unfortunately, Universal was disappointing. I couldn't enjoy anything with my baby on my lap at all. My older kids love roller coasters which is why we bought tickets. So many rides were closed and we struggled to do more than a handful of things per day due to long wait lines and walking a lot between attractions that were closed. We had four day passes and my kids didn't even want to go back after one day. I also did not find the experience of the staff nearly as helpful or friendly as WDW. We wished we had spent our second week exploring other things like Legoland for example rather than Universal.
