Highlight of Santorini - Fantastic day spent on the water with Captain Makis, Elias and Makis' daughter Maria. We loved learning about Captain Makis' life on the seas and all about Santorini from Elias. The team was exceptional and the tour they provided, including fishing, lunch and snorkeling was wonderful. Would highly recommend a day on the water with them.

Open Sea Fishing with the Santorini Pirate - We had an incredible experience with Pirate Fishing Tours in Santorini! Even though the fish weren’t biting much that day, it was more than enough for a delicious BBQ that the crew cooked for us right on board—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.
Captain Makis, with over 30 years of fishing experience around Santorini, made the trip even more special by sharing stories from his life as a fisherman. His passion for the sea really shines through. The boat itself was custom-built, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing day on the water.
The crew, Maria and Elias, were simply outstanding—funny, kind, knowledgeable about the island, and always making sure we had drinks in hand. They kept the mood light, the laughs going, and created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
This was far more than just a fishing trip—it was a genuine Santorini experience. Highly recommend Pirate Fishing Tours to anyone looking for a memorable adventure on the water!

Birthday Cruise - Captain Makis and first mate Elias made our Birthday cruise . They were extremely knowledgeable and great entertainment . We caught 12 fish ( one of which was later grilled) We then snorkeled and swum which was followed by a delicious lunch . We then headed home while the sun went down. Could not recommend this trip more highly .

Best boat tour in Santorini! - The fishing boat trip was fantastic. Mike and Elias showed us around and gave us info about the history of the islands and the land. We fished, snorkeled, swam, ate a delicious meal which they prepared. We heard such great stories. It was truly an amazing experience. Highly, highly recommend.

Piracy on the Agean Sea - Mikey the pirate is an absolute legend would reccomend 10/10. The crew is super friendly and experienced, overall had a great time.

Amazing fishing tour with something for everyone! - Pirate fishing tours with Makis, Elias, and Maria was simply amazing! We had the best time!! This was our 4th cruise activity in the Cyclades and it was by far the best! We caught grouper and tuna and Elias and Makis prepared the most delicious lunch out of our catch. It was So good, I had to ask for recipes. Makis and Elias are lovely, expert hosts and captains. You get something for everyone, beautiful sights, Elias is an expert at all things Santorini and you will learn so much about the island, swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding in more remote places that other cruises do not visit. Thank you Makis, Elias, and Maria for a truly memorable, exciting, and super fun day!!

Unforgettable experience in Santorini - We chose the 4-hour fishing tour as a family of four with teens, and it was truly unforgettable. Makis and Ilias went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time from the time we set foot on their boat.
Our kids caught a large golden grouper while coasting along Oia, which was a highlight for all of us.
While sailing, Ilias shared fascinating stories and history about the island as we passed each town, giving us a deeper appreciation for the area.
We toured the entire Caldera, taking in breathtaking views from the water. The swimming stop was perfect—crystal-clear waters for snorkeling while Makis grilled our freshly caught fish.
The meal was incredible: grilled golden grouper, Greek salad, homemade tomato fritters, and fresh bread. It was one of the best meals we had on our trip. The views, the food, and the company made for a magical experience. Makis and Ilias are professional, passionate, skilled skippers who clearly love what they do. Highly recommend and we’d do it again!

A perfect day in lovely Santorini - Unforgettable day at sea with pirate Captain Makis, his daughter, and Elias. We caught fish, relaxed, listened to music, swam, enjoyed the rich coastline and learned a lot about local history. The crew prepared a wonderful lunch, including the fish we caught, in the most beautiful and serene cove. We laughed together and were treated like family from the first moment we met. Me, my husband and 2 teenage sons (14,16) will not forget this perfect day. It’s a must do trip that left us wanting more.
