All of Santorini is a left over from volcano - 1 a little confusing getting to ticket stand. Use the link for directions they give for exact coordinates The booth is labeled Dakoutros Bros. J.V next to white cube benches 2. Tix Booth is in front of the boat where it embarks. 3. We went to the warmer area of the bay and had to swim close to shore to experience the warmer sea water. Some people jumped from the boat while others used the ladder. Rhey had pool nje 4z the hike above the sleeping volcano was difficult but manageable in the alloyed. Views were lovely. Overall I recommend, it’s a new experience and fun

Family of 4 - Nice, on time start. Volcano hike is steep but worth it. The swim into the hot springs is pretty easy & the hot springs are warm but not hot.

A good Experience - The experience on the water body and the long walk on the volcanic mountain let me call it that was interesting, seeing what an active volcanic mountain looks like was fun.

3 hour boat trip with stop at hot spring and volcano - It was a beautiful day for a boat ride. The crew were informative and made sure everyone stayed safe. There’s not a whole lot of time on the boat overall; walking up the side of the volcano can be difficult if you don’t exercise regularly. We packed our lunch and ate on the boat, which we were glad to have done. Three hours was just enough time for us. Please note, if you get voucher through Viator, you must go down to the Old Fira Port to get your ticket - after walking all around Fira trying to find ticket place, we found out we needed to take the cable car down to the port to redeem the voucher (this would’ve saved a lot of extra time of getting our tickets)

Great value and experience - Great day , very well organised on time and great staff. The hot springs was amazing and water wasn’t too cold to swim in ocean on lead up.

All right. - Yeah, sure. Careful, the boat leaves right on time. Once parked high, you have to take the cable car, the donkey, or walk down which is long. Swimming in the hot springs + more than an hour stop on nea kameni.

Meh - A little boat ride was really what it was. Nothing spectacular and both stops were meh. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The shop was easy to find... - The shop was easy to find as soon as your boat tenders over to the old port from the cruises. Easy check in and we boarded right on time, very organized. We got to the hot springs and then they announce not to get in if you’re not a strong swimmer. That should be in the description. Several people did not go into the water because of this and it was a waste. The hot springs were not hot at all. The rocks near the hot springs are slippery and have algae on them so be careful. Then to the hike to see the active volcano. It should be noted that it is uphill and slippery at parts with the rocks underneath. There were about 6 people who did not go all the way to the top and sat and waited after trying to climb to the top. There are umbrella and seats at three points along the way. The walk takes at least 25 minutes and it is all uphill. At the top the guide does a nice job giving information. The company needs to be more transparent about the strenuous level of activity needed to participate in both activities to get your money’s worth. They do not give any water but sell some onboard the ships.
