Conquer it!! - Toro verde has activities for the whole family whether it be small or go big with the Monster! Everyone is very polite and helpful. And experience to remember.

Fast and Fun! - I was nervous about the heights, but the harness we use was so comfortable and easy all I had to do was let go and enjoy the view! It was spectacular and I just wish we would have had more time to do more activities there! Can't wait to come back!

10/10 Recommend! - What a wicked day out! We had so much fun, the staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable and good fun. Shout out to Ashley and Axel for the 7 zip lines tour! The monstera was awesome, it's daunting but such an adrenaline rush. Would 10/10 recommend! I felt very safe the whole time at the Adventure Park.

WOW...a must do if on the island. - WOW!! We were seriously hesitant but decided to challenge ourselves and my fear of heights. And while standing still on the platforms preparing for our tours on the Toro Bike and the Monster Zipline was a bit scary, once we launched - just amazing. Never imagined the feeling of flying through a forest, over a river.... a amazing experience. Can't wait to come back and do it again. Staff are incredibly patient and understanding while knowing they have to move us through...lines get long. Explained safety and what to expect but was still left in awe of the experience.

We conquered Thr Monster! - This was an amazing experience! We did the series of 7 ziplines first with guides Amy and Jon. They were so patient with us and just amazing people. We did The Monster next! Do it, that's all I can say. Beautiful and amazing and scary all at once.

Magical - This was my first time zip lining and it was truly an incredible experience. The views were so magical-the fear left my body as soon as I soared through the skies and I was quickly overwhelmed with the incomparable views and all I could do was cry at its beauty. The food was 10/10 and a great way to end our day.

Thrilling Zip Lines, But Not Worth the Endless Waits - Toro Verde Adventure Park Review – 3 Stars The Monster and Beast zip lines were definitely fun and thrilling, but the overall experience was frustrating due to poor organization and long wait times. First, we waited nearly two hours just to get harnesses because they didn’t have enough equipment. Instead of having a proper system in place, we had to wait for others to return their harnesses before getting ours. Then, there was another two-hour wait just to ride the Monster, which only lasted about a minute. What made it worse was that only one person was operating one zip line, even though there were two available. Just before my turn, a second operator finally showed up—but where were they while we were all standing in line for hours? We arrived at 10:45 AM and didn’t ride the Monster until after 2 PM. By the time we finished everything we paid for, the entire day was gone. I had an evening tour planned back in San Juan, which I missed due to the excessive wait times, and unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund for it. Another concern was the lack of a safety briefing. I found it odd that there was no real debriefing or explanation before getting on the zip lines. The ride back to the main area was a bumpy and unpleasant ride. On a positive note, the restaurant upstairs was great, and we received a food credit with our couples package. Overall, the zip lines themselves were awesome, but the disorganization, long waits, and poor logistics made the experience frustrating. If they can fix these issues, it would be a much better experience.

Awful experience - didn’t get to go on the Monster. Bad customer service - Even though we paid full price, we didn’t get to go, because they never told us there was a closing time. We were waiting for the rest of the family to finish The Beast, and by the time we got to the Monster (4:35 pm), they told us it was closed. Had we known, we could have easily done them all. The staff didn’t offer refunds and were not friendly - awful customer service.
