Absolutely fantastic. I would order them next time. - The best bbq ribs I've had in a while in Spain. Unmatched. Second to none. Those ribs have nothing to be compared against.

Very nice day. - Excellent visit with Sardinian guides passionate about their country. Discovery of a Neolithic site as well as fauna and flora and Splendid lunch al fresco with the shepherd and his family.

Beautiful excursion - Beautiful and magical excursion to the Sardinian mountain; with family.
Leo our guide was very kind and explained to us very well the history of the Supramonte and the nurture culture.
I highly recommend; our 8 and 12 year olds also loved it.
The typical meal at the shepherd’s is an unforgettable moment.
Leo speaks French which was very appreciative.
I highly recommend!
Be careful the ascent shakes the roads are sometimes impractical; the difficult access however makes the excursion unique!

Quaint and so warm! - Mega nice trip. First visit ancient archaeological sites, then adventure jeep safari through the mountains to a dreamlike vantage point. Then to the shepherds. It was boarded up with everything your heart desires. Ham, bread, salad, cheese (also the typical Carzu Marzu), meat, pastries, wine and mirto. Plus such a great warmth and atmosphere at the big wooden table. A very great experience. Also explained in multiple languages and learn a lot about Sardinia. Highly recommended!

fully recommended! - 2nd tour done with Simone and Melina. Both were excellent experiences, they are very knowledgeable about even small details. It is also amazing that they managed to speak to everyone in their own languages, french, german, english, they both made everyone feel comfortable.
I especially appreciated the shepard's lunch. The food was yummy and the cannonau was heaven. After knowing that I wanted to try a special cheese since young, they went out of their way to ensure I had my wish!

uniquely great - Everything great organized and explained. Everything was even explained on my language, so I could understand everything perfectly. To see the mountains, the giant tombs , also the food at the shepherd's as well as the murals, a uniquely great experience..... and to everything super explained. I was the only German and still felt really comfortable, it was also a great group. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Private 4x4 tour including cheese making and lunch with Shepherd. - Our experience with Orosei Adventours was outstanding from start to finish. Melina, our guide, was both warm and exceptionally knowledgeable. Her deep understanding of Sardinia’s history, culture, and people added so much depth to our appreciation of the island.
The day began with a visit to the Nuraghe Manu site, which offered not only breathtaking views but also fascinating insight into Sardinia’s ancient past. Throughout the tour, Melina shared meaningful context about the island’s geography and how it shaped the lifestyle of its people—especially the shepherding traditions.
We explored mountaintops, wandered through serene forests, and took in sweeping views of the Orosei Bay. A true highlight was the cheesemaking experience and lunch with a local shepherd in his traditional pinnettu hut. It was both educational and absolutely delicious—a truly memorable glimpse into Sardinian life.
I wholeheartedly recommend this tour—and any offered by Orosei Adventours. An unforgettable experience!

Vineyards and wild Barbagia of beautiful Sardinia! - If you’re heading to Sardinia, you don’t want to miss the wild Barbagia and ancient Nuraghe! It’s what makes the island so awesome. Melina and Simone are just outstanding in the way they bring the wild Island to you plus a visit to a vineyard to see how great wine is made. This is a great tour!
