Amazing unique experience I’d recommend to everyone who’d listen to me - Outstanding doesn’t begin to describe our experience, Keiko was an amazing teacher, very welcoming and great English, she was very helpful and informative, we had a wonderful time and learnt a lot about the art of okonomiyaki! It was delicious too! the facility was easy to find and very clean & tidy too, would recommend to anyone with only a day in Osaka.

Engaging and fun class! - Keiko-san, Naomi, and Keiko-san’s mother were wonderful teachers. I learnt so much about how to create my own okonomiyaki and the entire class was engaging, clear, and fun. I highly recommend this class. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend! - Great informative class, really fun and social so great to do on your own as well as with others. Really lovely that you all sit down together to eat afterwards and some lovely extras that weren't expected.

A welcoming and delicious experience! - Keiko leads you expertly in homestyle okonomiyaki, which is one of my favourite Japanese foods! I was happy to learn about the history and all the different ingredients, and also enjoyed the mochi dessert at the end. Come hungry! You will leave full :)

Recommend this class! - Great class. Keiko explained about the different types and ingredients and then we jumped in. She and her assistant helped us through the cooking process. Also had miso soup and mochi dessert. Friendly, social, and tasty. Mom sewed the aprons and cute souvenir bags!

Fun Okonomiyaki Class - Great way to enjoy Osaka’s famous savory pancakes! Small class size, personal attention, plenty of equipment and ingredients for hands on experience. Recipe was easy to follow. Our instructor Keiko was very friendly and fun. Her mom sewed the aprons we all wore and gave everyone a small bag made from used kimonos. What a nice treat. This was a great way to meet some local people and enjoy a casual low key night out. Would highly recommend.

Lots of learning and a surprise gift! - Was a lovely experience! Keiko did a great job of showing the history of okonomiyaki, and her assistants were also very fun to talk to. I was the only student for that day, so it was nice to chat with the ladies. Keiko even gave me a free gift, which was a small tote bag that her mother made! Highly recommend, especially if you are interested in learning more about Osaka-style okonomiyaki.
