Fantastic tour with Diego - Our guide Diego was excellent! He came and got us from our hotel and took us by train to the Osaka castle. We were keen to get a cup of coffee and something to eat and very kindly took us to a cafe close to the castle. He kept talking us through nuances of Japanese culture and the castle’s history through our coffee and until we got to the castle. He gave us a lot of context about the history and as we were fans of the show Shogun, he helped explain us through the references from the show which was so cool! We then took a train to Shinsekai and enjoyed the vibrant area with a glass of beer and snack and then he showed us through the alleys to a fantastic gyoza place! He then took us to Dotonburi where our tour ended. He was kind enough to send us recommendations for our upcoming Kyoto trip until the day after which was so very kind of him. Thank you Diego.. you made our visit to Osaka special :)

Awesome Osaka tour! Highly recommend - This 4-hour custom tour was a great way to explore Osaka. In just a few hours, we managed to see and learn a lot about the city. From Osaka Castle to Dotonbori and Shinsekai – plus plenty of cool side streets in between – it was a really nice mix of the main highlights and hidden spots we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. Although it wasn't a food tour, our guide Kieran also took us to a few local restaurants and bars along the way, which we appreciated and really enjoyed. Kieran was a great guide – friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to chat with. As a native English speaker who’s fluent in Japanese and has lived in Osaka for years, he was able to share lots of interesting insights about the city, the history, and everyday life in Japan. We found it was actually great to have a non-Japanese guide. Kieran offered a unique perspective on living in Japan as a Westerner, which made the experience feel more relatable and gave us the chance to ask all sorts of questions. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a fun, relaxed way to explore Osaka.

Osaka walking tour - Our guide Diego was fantastic. He had so much local knowledge. He answered any questions we had. And helped us on the local transport. It was well worth having a guide take us around visiting Osaka.

Very customized tour - Esteve was knowledgeable about everything I threw at him. He explained why there are multiple types of Japanese writing, the history of the castle, restaurant tips and train navigation. He tailored our tour for our limited mobility by using more trains and less walking. Highly recommended.

Osaka was great - 6 out of 5. Really gregarious Canadian, not living in Osaka. First. Really great guy. Great tour. Great experience. Ok he is a big burly Canadian, fluent in Japanese. Really funny, he was speaking to the restaurant owner, and the owner patted his abdomen and told him he was needing a diet. ;)) Ok, so maybe you had to be there. Did I mention we loved the your. Thanks Kieran
