We had a fantastic tour... - We had a fantastic tour with Hugo and saw many Osaka sights. Having a guide was really great because it was hard to understand the subway system. Hugo was very knowledgable and also super funny. We are still laughing about some of the stories he shared.

Amazing Tour Guide! - We had the absolute pleasure of touring Kyoto and Osaka with Hugo as our private guide, and the experience was simply amazing. Hugo took us to places we never would have discovered on our own—hidden spots, local neighborhoods, and cultural highlights that truly gave us a deeper understanding of the cities.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and shares the history and culture in such an engaging way. At the same time, he is warm, friendly, and easy to spend the day with, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and personal.
What we appreciated most was that Hugo helped us experience the real flavor of Kyoto and Osaka, not just the typical tourist sites. It felt authentic and thoughtfully curated.
I truly cannot say enough good things about our time with him. If you want to go beyond the usual sightseeing and really connect with these beautiful cities, I highly recommend Hugo as your guide. An unforgettable experience.

Hugo is the single best option to guide your Osaka experience! - Hugo provided a highly personalized, knowledgeable, and friendly experience for our family and friends. Hugo's expertise in local culture, history, and food really made for an outstanding morning. More importantly, his flexibility in tailoring the itinerary to our specific interests made all the difference to create an ideal outing and maximizing our little time in Osaka. Outstanding Insights of Osaka - Our guide, Antoine, was amazing. While we did get to see tourist sites, more importantly he was able to impart Osaka's unique flavor and personality. We saw one-of-a-kind neighborhoods and hidden alleyways that can be found nowhere else. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Hugo was amazing - Hugo was an amazing guide for us. We're old and needed a slower pace, he altered the tour based on our needs, and even met us at a convenient location for us based on our previous tour. He explained all about the history, offered to take photos of us at each stop, plus escorted us to the proper subway platform so we could make it back to Kyoto. We'd highly recommend Hugo to anyone traveling to Osaka!

Wonderful Osaka - Spectacular. Meeting Osaka like this was a fantastic experience. Hugo made us tour the city and meet her walking through its streets and showing us magical corners. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect way to see Osaka - Khalid was the best! Having a personal guide was great, he tailored the expense to what we liked. Adding a food experience was wonderful, he knew all the best spots.

Great familiarization of Osaka! - Opted for the 4 hour Osaka Tour and really got a great familiarization with all that Osaka has to offer. Met by our guide Hugo who was amazing and knowledgeable. Great communication leading up to and throughout the tour; Hugo was waiting for us in the lobby and after a brief introduction we were off. We got a nice run down on Osaka’s history and some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Honestly, 4 hours almost didn’t feel enough and we could have opted for a full day. Pace yourself because it is a lot of walking. We asked to end our tour at Don Quixote and spent the next hour shopping. It was a perfect way to kick off our time in Osaka. Highly recommended.

Fun and informative - Hugo did a great job. He tailored everything to our pace, what we were interested in seeing and how much time we wanted to spend touring. He was informative and knowledgeable. We saw parts of Osaka we never would have and experienced the city in a really fun way.

Fabulous time with Hugo! - Hugo led us on a great tour around the hotspots and some off the beaten track locations in Osaka. He was thoughtful and accommodating, displayed excellent local knowledge and was informative about the Japanese culture and history. Highly recommend.
