Professional Service - Mr Liu was extremely professional, arrived early, good communication. Would definitely recommend as much easier to get private transfer between Kyoto and Osaka rather than lugging bags through train stations.

Excellent fuss free... - Excellent fuss free transfer with great communication. Travelling with family of 8 it just made much more sense to organise a private transfer, door to door. Would recommend to everyone.

Worth every penny - The transfer from Osaka to Kyoto was worth the money . Our driver was on time and communicated well. Another bonus…he spoke Mandarin and Japanese. This helped with communicating since my husband speaks Mandarin.

Prompt, courteous, helpful driver! - The transfer service was easy to use, and the driver communicated ahead of time to introduce himself and confirm pickup time and location. Pick up was timely and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. He assisted us with our luggage all the way, and our trip was smooth and comfortable.
