- Frognerseteren - Begin your journey in the vibrant city of Oslo, where the guide will greet you at the When in Norway tour center. From there, enjoy a scenic metro ride through picturesque neighborhoods to reach Frognerseteren Station, situated 500 meters above the fjord.
- Nordmarka - After savoring the campfire, each participant will receive a hand-held flame torch. Following a brief safety briefing, embark on a journey into the winter wilderness. The forest is illuminated by the glow of the torches as you stroll leisurely through the snowy terrain. The snow glistens like freshly cut gems, and the moonlight dances on the trees, while the warm torchlight adds a magical ambiance to the surroundings. Throughout the walk, the guide will share stories and fascinating facts about the area, with ample opportunities to pause and capture the stunning scenery.
The walk lasts approximately 45 minutes and concludes at the metro, which transports you back to civilization.

Gathered around the fire, enjoy hot drinks, engaging conversation, roast marshmallows, and watch the flames dance on the snow and ice, experiencing a moment of what Scandinavians call “hygge.”

Begin your journey by taking the metro through charming neighborhoods to Frognerseteren Station, located approximately 500 meters above the fjord. After taking a moment to enjoy the views, the adventure begins! A short walk will lead us to the frozen Øvresetertjern Lake, where a cozy, Norwegian-style campfire awaits. Experience “hygge” with hot drinks, engaging conversation, and marshmallow roasting.
Each guest will receive a flame torch, and after a safety briefing, we will venture into the winter wilderness. The walk will last about 45 minutes and will conclude at the metro, which will transport us back to civilization.
