Whale sharks and waterfalls adventure! - We had a great time! The whale sharks were incredible and the waterfalls were beautiful! It was a long day with a long drive to get there and back, but our driver, Wilson, was excellent!

Whale Shark bucket list ticked - Great experience , a must do ! Driver Wilson great and so pleasant , Paula our tour guide was very attentive and made the experience a special one .

Best guide and wonderful experience. - The trip was terrific! Our driver Robert was prompt and drove well all day. Michelle was our guide at the whale swim, two meals, and the first waterfall. She’s the best guide I’ve ever had. She was very interactive, regularly communicated schedules and what was coming next, spoke English and watched over us and our things the whole time. We never were left wondering about anything.
I highly recommend this tour and will do it again if I get back here to Cebu.

10/10 - would highly recommend - Glazia and Rinaldo were amazing! Glazia assisted us throughout the day as our tour guide and took the most beautiful photos and stayed with our belongings ensuring that we had a carefree day enjoying the sharks and falls. Rinaldo drove us there and back - a total of over 8 hours of driving and he was wonderful. Thank you to the both of them for creating such a magical day for us!

Exceptional customer service - So I don’t usually write reviews but the experience and customer service we received was exceptional. We are currently on our honeymoon and have travelled with our toddler who is 1 year and 11 months.
The tour itself was stunning and an unforgettable experience, everything flowed smoothly and taken care of and all we had to do was have fun and make memories.
However, it was our driver & tour guides who made this tour a truly unforgettable experience. Our driver Abam was so polite, respectful, and truly kind hearted, we thank you for his efforts. Our tour guide in Oslob was Saicy (apologies if I spelt this wrong) and she went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. She looked after our little boy for us so we could enjoy the whale shark diving together (something we thought we couldn’t do due to our toddler) so we are truly grateful for this. Our tour guide in Kawasan falls was so friendly, kind and helpful, apologies I forgot his name! But he took the most stunning photos of us as a family at the falls which happen to be one of my favourites of all time.
These 3 people made our trip unforgettable and you are a real asset to the Cebu Tours team. I already cannot wait to come back to book another tour! I will be recommending this company to anyone who looks to book a tour!

Best experience! - This was one of the best experiences here in Cebu. The whale shark section was the highlight of the tour in my opinion. Kawasan Falls was also great and the water was very refreshing! The next time I visit here will definitely do the canyoneering tour. The tour guides for the whale shark/sumilon island was great. Edna was very accommodating and Ramil was also a great guide. Would recommend both for the tour.

Greate experience with Whale and very well arranged tour - It was very well organized by Cebu Tours.
I received my pickup on time, in fact, the driver arrived early
My tour guide was Yantcy. She helped me get the ticket and guided me to the tour. Her time management was excellent. During my swim, she was very kind enough to take care of my belongings and bag.
Cebu tours are something I would recommend to others.
The trip to Kawasan Falls was also excellent. It was a pleasure to have a driver who was always on time and took care of the timing.

I don’t recommend it - It is too much in one day starting at 3:30am, mainly because the roads and logistics are not good. The whale shark and sumilon activity is very busy and the catarats are too far away from there. But the worse was that there is not a decent toilet with running water in any of the locations, really disgusting.

Driver never picked me up... - Driver never picked me up from my Hotel. The company apologized and refunded my money but I flew from the USA to do the excursion. I am not getting back time and money spent going to the Philippines. Very Disappointing
