- Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre - At the Nk’ Mip Desert Cultural Centre we hunt along the interpretive trail to find signs of snakes and often a wild snake. You could see the Yellow-bellied Racer, Pocket Desert Gopher Snake, or Western Rattlesnake. An unforgettable experience!

The Okanagan Desert Tour offers an unforgettable adventure. Explore Canada’s sole desert on foot, discovering elusive and intriguing creatures unique to this region.
This tour highlights the distinctive, rare, and endangered locations, flora, and fauna of the Osoyoos area. Participants will visit one of Canada’s four most endangered ecosystems, a region boasting the highest species diversity, and some of the last remaining Sage and Antelope ecosystems in the country. A minimum of two participants is required.
