Great tour experience - This is a great tour to take as you can hop on and off along the way. The guide does a great job of showing and explaining things along the way. This is a definite plus. If you are stuck between the hop on hop off bus and the boat cruise up the canal. 100% take the bus tour as it shows and covers way more and is more bang for your buck

Ottawa experience. - Easy to use and extra friendly staff.
Took the trip from Toronto to Ottawa to attend a Soccer Game, and ended up extending our stay turning it into a weekend getaway, without Breaking the Bank!

Great way to see the sights - Pierre our tour guide did such an amazing job. He was funny and smart. His knowledge of the sites was excellent and his own spin on them was great.

Rainy day but still... - Rainy day but still enjoyable thanks to our guide & driver. They did their best to keep the windows from fogging up & tell us all about the amazing city of Ottawa.

Love Ottawa! - It was wonderful! Cameron, our guide is a lovely chap. Very knowledgeable about history of Canada and especially Ottawa.

Easy! - Love! The bus made it so easy to see the sights and visit the museums without having to worry about driving and parking! I only wish it did the whole route on weekends. I would have love to go to Downsview Park on Saturday.

Not as good as it used to be - Like every thing else in Canada, the quality of the tour had gone down.
The guides were fantastic but they didn’t take us to all of the places they used to take a couple of years ago.

Run - do not go on this tour!!! - They left us out to dry!!! After getting caught in a rain storm waiting for the bus for forty minutes, we gave up and walked back to the car and left Ottawa. So disappointing.
Tried calling and tried the chat feature to no avail. Probably has ruined the hop on hop off buses forevermore.
For the short part of the tour, the jokes were too many and not funny.
Find another way to see Ottawa.
