From February to April, the valley transforms with the vibrant blooms of almond and cherry orchards, alongside a riot of wildflowers.
• Plateau du Kik - Dominated by the towering High Atlas Mountains, with peaks exceeding 4000 meters, the Kik Plateau offers breathtaking views of the Mount Toubkal Massif. Situated above Asni, it overlooks the Lalla Takerkoust Dam, with houses seamlessly blending into the mountain slopes.
• Lalla Takerkoust - Traveling from Marrakech along the Amizmiz road towards the Lalla Takerkoust dam, located approximately 40 kilometers away, visitors can detour before reaching the lake to explore the stunning plains and vistas leading to the “Plateau Kik.”
• Asni - Before heading to Asni, known for its amethyst, visitors can explore the Tahanout souk (open on Tuesdays and Saturdays) and enjoy a scenic drive through the Ghezaia river gorges, perfect for a picnic lunch amidst the breathtaking mountain views.
