Marrakech - Ouzoud Waterfalls - Tamda/High Atlas Mountains

Ouzoud - The driver and guide will collect you from your riad at 8:00 AM to visit Morocco’s largest waterfalls, the Cascades d’Ouzoud. Here, you can admire the stunning falls and take a refreshing break. A local guide will lead a two-hour hike to explore the area. Enjoy the cool breeze on a handmade boat and watch the playful Barbary Apes (monkeys).

Azilal - This is the final stop to gather everything needed for the next two nights before heading to the nomad camp at Tamda Plateau, just before reaching Ait Bouguemez Valley. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

High Atlas Mountains - At the Tamda Plateau in the High Atlas Mountains, a Berber nomad family hosts their summer camp. It’s a two-hour drive from Azilal town. Meet the family and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Day 2: Full Day with Nomads in Tamda/High Atlas Mountains

High Atlas Mountains - Depending on your interests and preferences, whether male or female, there are various activities to assist the nomads in their daily routines. This could include fetching water from its source, gathering firewood, or tending to the grazing goats or camels. Whatever you choose, your time with the Amazigh (Berber) nomads will be a transformative experience, enhancing your appreciation for life’s precious moments, both big and small. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 3: Tamda – Ait Bouguemez – Imi N Ifri – Marrakech

Ait Bouguemez Valley - After breakfast, bid farewell to the nomad family and start the journey back to Marrakech. The guide will take a different route through Ait Bouguemez, Imi N Ifri, and then to Marrakech, ensuring a fresh experience.

Marrakech - The homestay with Berber nomads concludes in Marrakech on the third day. You will be dropped off at your hotel or riad.
