A great excursion! - We booked the excursion to Hamid, at the Zitoun Jdid Street Agency. Hamid welcomed us very well and advised. The day of departure our driver Youssef B. was on time for the appointment. It punctuated the route with explanations about the area which made the route very interesting. Smiling, pleasant and concerned about our comfort, he knew perfectly to answer our questions and orient us for the walk of the waterfalls, indicate us the good corners (shortcuts, swimming, restaurant). Very good driving, careful and safe. Vehicle in very good condition. All this will encourage us to repeat the experience with the same team for future excursions (inch allah) Isabelle and Jean-Christian.

Great day with Hassan - Excellent day with Hassan at Les Cascades. Always considerate and attentive. We haven't seen the last day. This is the third time we have taken this tour to introduce our children to the place in turn and it is still as good. Thank you Hassan

Top - The driver takes you and takes you back to your accommodation, the waterfalls are sublime and if you take a guide he will take you through small hiking trails but be careful take good shoes! In short, it is an excursion to do!

All right. - Very nice private excursion with two young children to the Ouzoud waterfalls with Youssef the driver. Very professional not intrusive and attentive. The kids loved it. Comfortable vehicle and very reasonable price. I recommend and I will not fail to call on them for a future excursion.

3 successful excursions - We enjoyed having the same driver during the 3 days of excursions, Essaouira, The 3 Atlas Valleys and the Ouzoud Waterfalls. Pick up at our riad and return to our door at scheduled times. Driver very attentive (thank you Hassan), photo stops, indication of important places, camel walks, in short for us the top, 3 adults and a little girl of 10 years, and especially great caution and very careful not to rush us in the corners, the top.

Excursion privée aux Cascades d'Ouzoud - Beautiful private experience with Time out Travel! We were 6 persons in total, the driver was amazing Youssef Boussetta, very kind person speaking English language, French, absolutely professional, he give us a lot of good tips about Morocco in general as well. I recommend this day and Youssef as driver!

You pay double - We booked a trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls, including lunch. After lunch we had to pay the lunch, our guide contacted the tour operator who said we did not pay, I showed the guide we paid including but we still had to pay. He advised to ask afterwards for the refund, which we only received partially

Double checkout - The visit was fine, however we had booked the trip including lunch, but still had to pay for lunch on the spot. The guide called the organization and those sides that we could ask for a refund afterwards. After a month still not received a 60 Euro refund

Great 'ride' to the fall BUT not a tour - Don't mistake this for a tour at all. It is essentially just a ride to the falls and once you get there, you will be required (or pressured - not sure if it is required) to hire a local guide to bring you to the falls. Our driver did not put the AC on once and rode with the windows down, blasting music, which would have been fine, but it felt like you were sitting in a hair dryer since it was over 100F. One the return back to Marrakech, our driver picked a 'fight' with another driver on the road and they were both trying to out-do each other and pass, leading my husband and I to feel extremely car sick in the overheated back seat. Again, if you just want a ride to the falls, this is perfect, but don't expect more than that.

Nice but watch out for extras not included!!! - We booked a day at the Ouzoud waterfalls for 4 adults and 1 child for 120 euros! Meet us at our Riad at 9:00: 9:30 am still people while we waited in the place planned in full sun with my pregnant wife and my 5 year old son! I call, the driver who must arrive in 10 minutes... to finally arrive at 10am!! No excuses! The driver is honestly very friendly despite the no excuse and we leave with a smile and his good mood! After 5 km first stop at the pump , it’s up to us to pay for gas!!! Never seen!!! It’s finally off for 3 hours drive , with a forced stop before arrival in a pseudo Berber store! Once we arrive , we are forced to order our dishes in a bad restaurant without any view at the foot of the parking lot , we refuse! A guide accompanies us to go around the waterfall, arrived at the bottom is indeed beautiful! We decided to have lunch in a small cliff-side restaurant in front of the waterfalls even if it displeases the guide once again! End of the walk , the guide asks us 400 dirhams when it was not strictly for nothing and it was imposed on us! On the way back we pay the 120 euros by giving 20 euros extra to the nice driver , but the gas and guide not included is really a scam! Satisfied but really disappointed to still be mistaken for cash cows!
