Very organised - Collected from hotel driver very prompt and friendly bus very comfortable with air conditioning, spoke really good english and explained everything to us about what to expect. Very early pick up 530am which suited us as we were back for late afternoon and absolutely shattered after walking/standing a lot .

Very Impressed with Transport but tour was rushed - NOTE this is the auschwitz staff and not the tour operator - I was very impressed with the transport to aushwitz. They messaged on all platforms with a pick up time 24 hours before the tour started. They were bang on time with no problems. The mini bus is comfy with chargers and plenty of room and the driver was a lovely guy. On the bus you watch a documentary which was very insightful. There were 15 people on a 30 seater perhaps as it was christmas eve. However, as for the actual tour, I found it was very rushed and i did not have enough time to absorb any of the information or read certain things. In the tour of the second camp, I could not even catch up with the tour and as there was no headphones on this tour ( there is on the other camp) i couldn’t understand any of it. so ended up looking around myself. However, it is important to note that the tours are not conducted by the tour operator and rather the aushwitz museum itself. Therefore not matter what tour you book with, this will be the case. Overall, a very emotive experience and i’m so glad I went with this tour company. 100% recommend

A brilliant service from start to finish - We organised the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum trip so very easily for our family of 6. From the start it was a first class service. Great communication throughout. Transport arrived bang on time and Lucas our driver was great not only as a driver but as a communicator with the group. We were taken to both camps and our guide Mikel was exceptional. A patient and informative guide who was extremely personable respectful and so very well informed. We were taken back to our hotel at the end of the day and had a great experience. Highly recommend Mr Shuttle tours and will be using them again for our next trip as we would like to see the salt mines next time

Well organised trip - A very well organised visit. Comfortable journey in an eight seater mini bus which picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The guide provided was informative and approachable. A harrowing experience but a very good history lesson. It was very cold so wrap up warm. The only negative was the pick up time, we wanted to go early and the booking advised 7am (to be confirmed 13 hours before) our time was confirmed as 5.40am! Although they state time to be confirmed this is a very big difference to 7am. The driver was also not very friendly.

Great Tour - Guide was very knowledgeable of the locations and was able to share insight into each of the buildings. The pick up from the hotel and skipping the line was more than worth the money the tour cost. Pulling into the parking lot in the shuttle van at 7:00 am and seeing a line already wrapped around the building to buy tickets, I knew I had made the right choice in tours. Walking right in and straight to a guided tour was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the tour felt a little rushed, mainly during the second half at Birkenau but I would highly recommend this tour to anyone if nothing else but to skip the long line.

A somewhat rushed museum tour....disappointing. - A fairly average tour experience, which could have been better. The pick up was a very early 6.15a.m start which was fine, but the minibus transportation was quite small and cramped. No video ahead of the museum visit as offered by some other companies. Once at Auschwitz we were handed over to a Polish Guide who spoke average English, and the whole experience felt extremely rushed. The group was escorted quite quickly along the tour to keep up with the next group of people waiting behind us, so there was no time to look properly at exhibits and some were missed out. Having been on a more detailed tour 10 years prior, i would say this was a basic tour which didnt go into too much detail.

Large group tour, very rushed - This is a large group tour (we had 29). I found that with that large of a group it is impossible to take the time necessary to appreciate what happened there and the huge impact it had. We quickly walked by things and had no chance to linger at all. There were places at the camp we didn’t see because the group was too large. We walked by things I wish were explained. The trip in the van to Auschwitz was very cramped. They play a movie but if you are anywhere near the back you will not hear it. It’s a shame because it looked really interesting. Overall, the tour guide was fine. The skip the line part was great but the rest left me with more questions than answers. The individual headphones really helped since most of the tour I could barely see my guide. If you want time to really see the camps and to be able to ask questions, this is not the tour for you. I really want to go back so I can see more but I don’t know if I’ll ever be in Poland again. I was pretty disappointed.

Find someone else, someone more honest - I found Mr. Shuttle to be dishonest, specifically underhanded. When we signed up the pick-up time was listed as 5:30-7:30am. Our group decided as long as the confirmed time was no earlier than 7 we would go. They sent us the confirmation a few days later and it showed 7:00am. All was good till they changed the time to 5:30, which they do 12 hours in advance so you can no longer cancel! Why do this? Best guess is they didn’t have enough people for the shorter tour and grouped us with the longer tour which requires leaving much earlier in the morning. But rather than be honest they chose to be underhanded and hence the poor review.
