Taxi and visit’s transportation - I dealt with Wiktoria in arranging our transport and tours. She has been absolutely brilliant. She arranged the transport and took the worry out of thinking about times and with the visits food as well. She arranged everything allowing us to enjoy their visit. I could not recommend her and her company more highly

Cannot fault anything - Cannot think of one thing to fault this trip , it was excellent. The communication for pick up was spot on , the coach was warm and the bus tour guide gave us clear instructions all the way. Julia who was our guide for Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave us enough time to complete the tour in a timely manner. Given the nature of our trip she was sensitive and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend this tour and would not hesitate to book again

A Day to Remember - This was a very emotional trip to Auschwitz. It was very well organised and we were kept to a tight schedule. Our driver Adam picked us up at 10am as arranged and drove us for the day. Thankfully he reminded us that we needed a form of identification to enter Auschwitz as the tickets are individually named. He gave us interesting information about Krakow as he drove. Our day at Auschwitz Birkenau was both informative and horrifying and our guide was excellent. We had the opportunity to buy our lunch packs through Wiktoria and they were generous in size. The tour was also more reasonably priced than some other companies. All in all a sombre but fascinating day which gave us an awful lot to think about and be grateful for.
