Fantastic company. - Really well organised trip with clear instructions and excellent communication. Our driver was Bartek who was fantastic. His English was brilliant and his passion for the topic was clear. He was friendly, helpful and fun. I would highly recommend this tour group.

Wonderful Customer Experience - We had an incredible visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau with this company and I couldn't recommend them more highly. You will deal with Wiktoria in the office, this is her company and she is very customer focussed and wishing to ensure that her customers' experience is the best. We got a private car from Krakow to firstly Birkenau. Bartek collected us from an agreed meeting point just outside the old town and myself and my 3 friends had a lovely chat with him on the way to Birkenau. We weren't able to be facilitated with a guide, but Wiktoria provided us with English guide books and Bartek's own knowledge and chattiness meant we didn't really feel it. We spent about an hour in Birkenau, then Bartek collected us and drove us the 5 minutes to Auschwitz. He stayed with us to ensure that we negotiated the queuing system (which while efficient, can be confusing) and we then had just over 90 minutes to walk around and experience this place. It is very, very emotional. We had dinner reservations back in Krakow for 8pm and Bartek had advised us what time we needed to be leaving to ensure we were back to do a quick change and make dinner. This is a journey that anyone visiting Krakow MUST make. We all owe it to the lives that were taken in this place and others like to pay our respects. I have no hesitation in recommending Wiktoria and her wonderful team to look after your visit.

A must to visit when in Krakow - Heartbreaking history but important to see. - A must to visit when you go to Krakow. It is heartbreaking but it is part of our history and important to see. It is a tour that all generations can benefit from. We got the best advice from Wiktoria from the tour company. She helped plan everything. It was perfect to be picked up at our apartment and the driver was very nice and helpful and made sure we got our tickets and made sure we got in the correct tour line. And in the break between Auschwitz and Birkenau he had a lunch box for us. It was truly an emotional tough day but a day we will never forget.

Auschwitz-Birkenau guided tour - Everything was top arranged – we just had to get in 😁. Super guidance and a nice driver, everything ran smoothly. It was a pity that we had a Polish guide in Auschwitz, we didn't understand anything. But just being there was impressive. Wiktoria, thanks for everything!

10/10 ⭐️⭐️ - Our trip to Auschwitz was booked prior to our stay in Krakow , Poland. There was some anxiety due to the amount of comments I have seen online about last minute cancellations for tours ( not this company but others) however, our Driver Rafal messaged the day before with confirmation of a 8:40am pick up right outside our hotel and turned up at exactly 8:40am!! The journey was very comfortable with having AC on at all times due to it being a very hot day. Rafal was very informative on meeting points after we got out of the mini bus and had a fifteen minute refreshment break before entering ! I'd highly recommend booking with this company as the queue to visit the museum was very long if you were not with a booked trip. Me and my partner throughly enjoyed our trip and although it was heartbreaking to see it is so important to learn and remember the history of the past . At the end of the trip Rafal dropped us right outside our hotel.
