5 stars - Really good service! Picked us up at 10, got us to the front of the queue so we didn’t have to wait in a big line, drove us to both camps and explained a little about it before we got out the car to have a look round ourselfs, waited for us and took us to a restaurant and got us a table even though we hadn’t booked!

Very good experience! - Last minute booking, the driver forgot about us: he picked us up 45 minutes late but the responsiveness of the organizer via Whatsapp and the kindness of the driver made us forget this inconvenience. Once we arrived at Auschwitz around 12:30 the driver went to buy our entrance tickets, making sure that we had a French guide and that the Anglophones who were with us had an English guide, we had nothing to do! Then he gave us all the information on the progress of the day: very understandable even for novices in English! Then 1 hour waiting until the beginning of the visit: perfect to take the time to picnic in front of the museum. Then comes the incredible and poignant tour of both sites with bus transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau II. Finally, a little message on whatsapp to inform the driver of the end of our visit, he was already waiting for us with small bottles of water for each of us. The visit certainly has a cost but the quality of service and support is priceless! We recommend this experience!

Very organised! - Driver took us to both sites and a restaurant in between, all very organised took the stress out of the wheres and how’s for us… possibly would be better to cut the restaurant out (and visit a snack place instead quicker service) this way we could have had a little longer to spend at the sites there’s a lot of information to take in and 15 mins at each one would have been helpful (just some honest feedback) I would recommend the tour though communication before hand was excellent too leaving no doubt where we were being picked up from and times 😊

Auschwitz Day Trip - Four of us went on a trip to Auschwitz I and II. The minivan was able to fit us all in comfortably along with 3 other people. The driver was friendly and helpful. We were driven to a lovely restaurant at the halfway point and the food was delicious! We were a little late getting back to the meeting point but the driver was fine about it. It was bitterly cold, and a very interesting and emotional trip.

No information given nearly the whole trip! - We received a message asking if we wanted to cancel and urging us to do so due to the queues at Auschwitz. We didn't want to cancel and therefore the pick up was at Praiwa 18 instead of hotel, ti be there at 5am. He said they could not get down the streets of the old town in a coach, but when we arrived at 5am, there were 2 minibuses. No one gave us any information hardly at all. He left us their queuing, saying 10 mins. He returned a. Hour later to see where we were in the queue, didn't say a word, and walked off again. He returned again about an hour later and stood talking to other guides, not a word said to us. Eventually after queuing over 3 hours he asked if we wanted to pay extra to have a guide, then we could join another queue. This is where he gave us some information as to where to meet the bus for our return journey, after our guided tour. Not a good impression of an organised trip ar all. The tour guide at Auschwitz and Berkenau was very good, knowledgeable etc. Would think twice using TripAdvisor again.

Horrible customer service, rushed tour, all around bad. - This experience all around was not good. From early on when I was booking the trip the customer service was awful. I had never been to auschwitz before so I had a few questions about the process, tickets, etc. and the person at the company seemed frustrated that I was asking anything and finally said "I have to get back to work" and stopped talking. As this is a tour company, I was shocked at the customer service as the reason you go with a tour company is so that they can assist and guid you? I guess in hindsight I should have cancelled the trip after this so maybe it was my fault for continuing. When we got picked up by the driver he seemed cold towards us and in a hurry. No hello or warm greeting but I just figured he was a driver so didnt think much of it. But then on the way to pick up other passengers he had so much road rage towards other cars, even at one point driving up on the sidewalk to go around parked cars as he was yelling at them. I even looked at my friend and said "we are going to die", playfully of course, but thats how bad it was. But when he picked up the other sets of passengers it was so weird because he was greeting them with handshakes, asking where they were from, and just being so hospitable. I looked at my friend and said "am i missing something here" because he was nothing but cold and rude to us. All I can think is that the person I was asking questions to probably relayed this to him and so he automatically did not like us. As for the tour itself, it as rushed and not enough time at the memorial. They are operating groups of 40 people at a time and it was just a disaster. At points he stopped talking and just let pre recorded clips play. It was so impersonal and just really bad all around. We ended up calling and Uber and leaving the group as the entire day was that uncomfortable. While this is one of the cheaper tours, it is very clearly a "get what you pay for" type situation. Spend a few more dollars and go with a better tour company that is interested in your experience instead of just making a quick dollar. Do not recommend them at all.

Worst tour ever no one showed up - Do not book, worst tour ever tour was not described right and when got clarification form the direct tour operator they would not cancel or refund and then no one showed up

Poor experience with VIP Poland - Like others, received an e-mail the day before saying they couldn’t pick us up at 10 as arranged and paid for, but would need to be at a designated place at 5am and the trip may take 16 hours rather than the advertised 7 due to extensive queues. It really felt like they wanted us to cancel. Really disappointing as this was the main reason for our visit to Krakow. I would not recommend booking a tour with this company.

Scam like set up- unsecure tickets - If I could rate it zero stars I would. An almost scam like experience- we booked for 10am pick up and were messaged the night before to say pick up was 8:15. We made the pick up, were changed between 2 buses and driven 1hr 30mins to the attraction. When we arrived, the driver/guide got off and came back 5 minutes later to say the queue was 4 hours long and that we wouldn’t be staying. This was a ridiculous waste of time- the company don’t have secure tickets for the attraction, they’re just hoping for a short queue. Waste of time and money and might mean we now don’t get to visit the attraction during our time here, disappointing. Viator shouldn’t even be promoting these type of companies.
