Fabulous trip and great driver. - Picked up bang on time by our lovely driver Arek, he looked after us making sure we were set up with our tickets and met our guide. He gave us information on breaks and pick up spot. The day went very smoothly and he got us back to hotel effortlessly.

Brilliant tour provider. Friendly people. Good communication - Brilliant company. Heard many stories of people been cancelled on and started to worry about the trip some people were picked up at 02.30 am and still didnt manage to get into Auschwitz birkenau. I sent a whats app to these guys and they replied reassuring me they had my tickets 😀. We recieved a message the day before the trip with a confirmation of what time we would be picked up which was earlier than originally planned. We realised this was down to the sheer volume of people visiting Auschwitz and our time slot had been moved to an earlier time to guarantee our admission which we didnt mind the main thing was we were going. We recieved a message off our driver Arek on the morning introducing himself and he picked us up on the time agreed the day before. Arek was a great guy who spoke really good English and made our trip enjoyable. He was enthusiastic and always happy to answer any questions any of our group had. We got to auschwitz and seen the huge queues of people waiting. We went straight to the front and were handed our tickets by Arek. Within 15 - 20 minutes we were in Auschwitz with our tour guide. Once we had finished the Auschwitz tour we had a 15 minute break to go to the toilet and grab a coffee. Arek was outside waiting for us to then take us to birkenau. Once again straight into Birkenau with our guide from Auschwitz ready and waiting. Once we had been around Birkenau we recieved a message off Arek telling us he was ready and waiting for us to be taken back to Krakow. Arek gave the group some great recommendations on where to go for traditional polish food and where to visit in Krakow. Krakow together were brilliant from the girls in the office ready to answer any questions and keeping us upto date with what was happening to the driver Arek providing us with a informative journey to and from Auschwitz birkenau. We used this company for our saltmine trip and city tour which was also a great experince with both drivers being informative and made the trips enjoyable. Thank you for making our trip to Krakow an enjoyable one i will be recommending you to all my friends and family that are planning to visit Krakow.

Jewish Quarter Buggy Tour & Auschwitz Birkenau trip - We've just returned from a long weekend in Krakow. We went on a golf buggy tour of Kazimierz to save our legs after a full day of walking round the old town the day before. The driver gave lots of information along the way and we also had headphones for pre-recorded information. The tour lasted 1.5 hours and was very informative. The following day we went on the trip with Kamil as our driver to Auschwitz Birkenau. The whole day was very straight forward. We received a text message the day before to say that our collection time had changed to 11:40am. Kamil messaged to advise he was on his way and we made our way to the 1st camp stopping at a service station for a 10-minute toilet and refreshments break. The tour guide was excellent with us at Auschwitz and then met us again at Birkenau. The tours were very informative and emotional but it's important that we continue to visit this memorial so that the victims are not forgotten and their stories are told. I read prior to arriving in Krakow that lots of the Auschwitz tours are cancelled if you book them through a tour operator, but with Krakow Together they guarantee they will get you there. Worth every penny.

Meaningful Journey to Aushwitz-Brinkenau - We recently took a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and it was an experience that will stay with us forever. The gravity of the site, its history, and the stories it holds are deeply moving—and having Arek as our driver made the journey even more meaningful. Arek was exceptional from start to finish. He was punctual, courteous,

Great experience, thank you driver Arek - Yesterday we were lucky enough to visit the salt mines, Auschwitz & Birkenau. We were hesitant at first given the bad reviews from many tour companies that cancel visits at the last minute. This was definitely not the experience we had with Krakow Together. Arek our driver was always communicating with us about pick up & drop off times and made sure we didn’t have to wait in long queues. He had a great sense of humour and provided us many tips about the best things to do in Krakow. Thank you again Arek and the Krakow Together team. Debbie & Justine (Australia)

Impressive tour in Mini-bus to Auschwitz. - They picked us up at given time and the ride with Arek (the driver) to Auschwitz was comfortable with one coffee break. We were guided at a meeting point where we met our group.
