Wonderful Bus Driver - Right from the get go our bus driver (09:30 bus 11th June) was extremely chirpy. In fact, my eldest daughter remarked that the bus drivers in Spain are grumpy and bad tempered in comparison. The bus driver (whose name I did not get) worked very hard to make himself understood in English to a couple of Italians. So all praise to the bus driver. The journey was timely, the bus was clean. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Jake is the best driver - Our bus driver Jake was the most charming, cheery chap you ever could've met ! Brilliant, comfy, seamless commute to the airport. Grab yourself a seat and get to where you need to go !

Airline - Had the pleasure of being dropped off from oxford to gatwick i took the 04:30 am thkis morning 06/06/25.. The driver is one of the nicest coach drivers ive ever had the pleasure of travelling with. He was absolutely brillant smooth and skilful

No more cars!! - Previously we've taken our car to the airport, and worried about damage whilst we're away. This time we used The Airline. Excellent, easy, luxury service. Great coach driver. Will definitely use them again.

Good transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick - Prompt and comfortable transfer at a great price of £15 one way. Coach was in great condition, not too busy and also had a toilet. The journey was direct from LHR T5 to LGW South

No WiFi - I have travelled with this company before & today I had the same experience as last time Speedy & comfortable ride but No WiFi!

Quite a rip off - I have used this bus múltiple times as there is no much choice to travel from Oxford to Gatwick . In the past it ran directly to and from Gatwick but these days it goes through Heathrow first making the journey much longer. The price is extorsionate and keeps going up. WiFi works on and off or does not work at all and the toilet is often dirty.

Unprofessional and carelessness - The bus delayed for more than one hour and no one has given us any information. The live billboard went crazy from 10 mins-20 again 5 then 25 afterwards disappeared. The people at Thornhill park and ride panicked. As my flight was at 9 I’ve left home at 3 so becuse if unprofessional and carelessness of The Airline I missed my flight and as a result I have lost my job.

UNRELIABLE -- DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS - This bus company is an absolute mess. Terrible service and unreliable. Three consecutive buses didn't come for over an hour. The bus was slow despite it being a Sunday morning without traffic -- I do not want to imagine on a regular day with traffic. Arrived at the airport 1hr before my flight because buses were just delayed (or rather simply put CANCELLED) and the bus lingered on at Heathrow. Go with National Express, extremely reliable and on time.

Never again - Terrible service! The bus was delayed over 30 mins which is very stressful when you are catching an international flight. In the meantime I tried to call the company and despite trying several times and queuing up they never picked up my call. Dire and disrespectful customer service.
