After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio. When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment. - Thai cooking studio Phuket - We will start the day with a local fresh market tour to shop for ingredients, try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack. After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio. When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment. After that, I will introduce the main ingredients including vegetables, spices, and herbs. Then we will start preparing and cooking 4 different authentic Thai dishes. Afterwards, you will enjoy your own Thai cooking dishes. We also have a souvenir for you. It is a Thai cooking set (including herbal curry paste and seasoning) for you to cook your Thai food at home. What we will cook: 1) Soup: Spicy soup with Thai herbs (Tom Yum Goong) 2) Curry: Massaman curry with chicken (Gang Massaman Ghai) 3) Stir-fry: Stir-fried Rice Noodles with shrimp (Pad Thai Goong) 4) Dessert: Mango with sticky rice (Khaow Neaw Ma Muang) - Our class is a small group with a maximum of 4 people. - If there are any Thai dishes you want to learn, you can tell me in advance. So, I can arrange for you. - If you have any allergies, please let me know. I will prepare a set for you separately. - Free transfer in Patong area is available.

Awesome cooking experience - My 15 year old daughter and I loved the trip to the market, the cooking and instructor. We found the whole experience fun and informative. Would highly recommend!

Best cooking class ever! 😃 - We had a wonderful experience at this cooking class! Care was an amazing instructor, so attentive and accommodating to our dietary requirements.
We made a variety of delicious dishes we’re excited to recreate at home. We did this for a friend’s hen’s party, and it was the perfect wholesome, relaxed activity.

Highly recommended - Chef Care really did an excellent job learning us about the ingredients and cooking the food . Really love the small group concept.
The cooking studio is very clean. Will come here again next time I visit Phuket.

Chef Care makes cooking Thai easy and fun...... - Wow. Cannot even type right now, because I am so full. Just spent an afternoon at the market and cooking with Chef Care, and couldn't be happier. Chef Care is so sweet and charming, but definitely knows her way around the kitchen. Her cooking studio is super modern and clean. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Phuket.......

Great market tour and cooking class - We had such an amazing market tour and cooking class with Care. She picked us up from our hotel and then we headed to the market to do the shopping for ingredients for the meal. Visiting the market was a great experience and it was really great to see the different stalls and foods. We then went to the cooking studio where we prepared 4 dishes. We made Tom Yum soup with shrimp, masaman curry with chicken, Pad Thai with shrimp and tofu and mango sticky rice. Care was an amazing instructor and we had so much fun. The food was all delicious and we were very full at the end. All in all it was a wonderful experience!!

Cook your own soup - Read the few negative reviews and went with mixed feelings, but it was 98% exactly as described.
Better yet, I know division of labor from other cooking classes. Everyone contributes only part of the dish, no one has the overview. Here everyone literally cooks their own soup / portion, which not only increases the learning effect, but also leaves freedom in terms of sharpness and spice.
Care makes this really great and we would come back anytime!

Amazing cooking class! - We had an amazing time with a really nice host that took us to the food market, let us taste a lot of stuff there before we went back to make 4 different dishes! Make sure to come with an empty stomach, as it will be a lot to eat!

Exceptional cooking experience - Fantastic cooking experience. The chef was so friendly and knowledgeable. The trip to the market was really interesting. The dishes we cooked were delicious and easy to do with great instructions. A lot of great food to enjoy throughout the experience. Don’t eat before it! It was nice to be part of only a small class so I got to do more. I highly recommend this class. It’s so with it! A+
