"A MUST VISIT" Whilst in Phuket - What a fantastic experience. Lovely food, Excellent Service, lovely atmosphere. It was just WOW !! We didn't feel like leaving. Would love to visit again.

Great Experience - honest feedback - The place had a great vibe. More instructions about the type of outfits one should wear, carrying swimsuits, etc., would have helped. Also, according to Wyatt, we were supposed to reach there at five to catch the last boat, but when we reached there, they said the last boat can be taken all the way up to 6 PM. Since we were rushing from old town, forget to reach there we did not have time to change into a proper nightclub attire or even bring swimsuits (we were told to bring a swim swimsuit by our friends who live in Thailand). If we had known the exact time of the departure, we would have quickly stopped by at our hotel and brought the right outfit. However, the experience was very good and we really appreciated that 2000 BHT food and beverage credit for each person

Worth every penny - 1000 sek per person but you could eat and drink for half. Worth every penny because it was wonderful. Nice and service minded staff, fresh toilets, super good food selection and good drinks (try spicy margarita). Of course higher prices than is normal in Thailand but I still think that you really got value for money. Very satisfied!!

Yona no hospitality at all - YONA Beach Club is one of the most overrated and poorly managed places I’ve ever visited. We had a confirmed table booking and still got treated with complete disrespect at the entrance. The bouncers/staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and clearly have no understanding of what hospitality means. We asked simple questions about where to go and how to access the boat — and were either ignored or responded to with attitude. If you’re charging premium prices, the bare minimum you owe your guests is basic courtesy. Here, you get none. And then come the ridiculous, hypocritical rules. Sleeveless shirts are “not allowed” for guests — yet people are walking around shirtless, others in bikinis, and even the DJs are wearing sleeveless tops. So rules apply only when they feel like it? Completely arbitrary and embarrassing. This place runs on hype, not quality. The attitude of the staff alone is enough to ruin the entire experience. No respect, no professionalism, no consistency. Save your money and your time — there are far better beach clubs in Phuket that actually understand how to treat paying guests.

You guys booked me for an... - You guys booked me for an event that wasnt even happening at that date and time . I showed up dressed ready to party and was turned away. It was one of the main things i wanted to do on my vacation and it was ruined

Worst staff and rude behavior - Worst ever experience.. We were 6 couples booked the best possible cabana, gave them more business than the mg Staff are horrible, their arrogance and behaviour is totally unwarranted and rude They behave as if they are doing a favour to us Closing time is 9 pm amd after that there is no towel given, the staff dont allow you to pack your stuff, all they want is to throw u out of the boat No basic courtesy to help people to pack their belongings Its not at all worth going there.. There are so many beach clubs which are beeter than yona
