- Aquila Private Game Reserve - Upon arrival at Aquila Game Reserve, guests will be greeted with a welcome drink and then enjoy lunch before embarking on a three-hour game drive in an open safari vehicle, led by an expert game ranger. After the safari experience, guests will return to Cape Town, with drop-off at their accommodation at approximately 5:30 PM. The lunch provided is a full buffet catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Please note that all alcoholic beverages are not included and will be at guests’ own expense.

Aquila Safari provides an excellent chance to witness the Big 5 and enjoy the stunning African bush. Please note that the entrance ticket to the reserve is not included in your tour package, so the entrance fee to the Aquila Private Game Reserve must be paid directly at the reserve. Set off on a 2-3 hour game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle with an experienced ranger, offering the opportunity to see the Big 5: lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants, and buffalo. Additional wildlife sightings may include giraffes, zebras, and various antelopes. Following the game drive, savor a buffet lunch at the lodge featuring a variety of local and international dishes, often made with fresh, local ingredients. Before the game drive, there may be a visit to a nearby vineyard or a curated wine-tasting experience. The tasting typically includes a selection of South African wines, such as reds, whites, and possibly some sparkling wines. Pickup and drop-off from Cape Town hotels make the tour convenient and stress-free.
