A hidden oasis of horses - Alexandra was a knowledgeable and passionate guide. Her commentary stayed focused on supporting the skills of the riders as they showcased the beauty and athleticism of the Paso Fino horses.

Horse show - Each way from the hotel is
over an hour driving. Once you get to the Hacienda, it is a completely different world. It’s beautiful very friendly. It’s amazing watching the horses and lunch was excellent.

The beautiful and... - The beautiful and graceful Peruvian horses shown through all stages of their training. A fabulous location, gorgeous surroundings and fantastic facilities. The food for lunch was excellent especially the tiny potatoes with the yellow dipping sauce served as a starter while we enjoyed the display from the horses and their riders. A taste of the Peruvian drink Pisco was also included. The guide at the ranch, Alejandra, was very knowledgeable about the ranch and horses, but also was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
We unfortunately had to cut our visit short because we needed to be back in Lima to catch the shuttle bus back to the port for our cruise ship departure. Both the staff at the ranch and our driver Victor ensured this happened. Victor was especially concerned about our timely arrival making me feel comfortable about getting there for the bus departure.

Beautiful experience, Wonderful lunch - Very wonderful personal experience in a beautiful setting. We watched and learned about the horses and then we're allowed to ride the beautiful horses. The lunch was delicious and the staff were fun and wonderful

Great experience - Great experience, the staff at the Hacienda was very nice and we got the chance to ride the horses, the lunch with local products where great. The only problem was, that when we hired the tour it indicated a visit to Pachacamac which didn't happened. According to the local agency it is a mistake from Viator.

Top of the List- Must do while in Lima! - The trio to see the Peruvian Paso horses was at the end of a 3.5 week S American trip for us. It was absolutely wonderful and met all our expectations. Our hostess was informative and very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. The lunch was one of the best meals of our trip. If you have a love of animals, this is a “must do!”

Great tour for horse lovers - Not only did we get a great overview of Lima and the southern areas of the city but also the rural areas. The estancia and the horses plus pisco sours and wine and lunch was really fantastic. For us horse people this was the highlight of our visit to Lima.

Excellent lunch and performance. - It was a great show. We were the only 3 at the show and our host did a fantastic job of describing the training and various steps of the Peruvian horses. It was so beautiful to watch them perform.
We also loved seeing the horses in the stables, they were so friendly and affectionate
The lunch was perfect.

finca Los Ficus lunch and show - Had a wonderful time on this excursion. Beautiful grounds with knowledgeable and friendly staff who provided the tour in English. We were shown around the stables and met some of the horses. The show was interesting and entertaining; they demonstrated the different levels of training the horses go through and then put on a great show with music. Buffet lunch was delicious and the vegetables were from their own organic garden. A lovely day! I highly recommend!!

Interesting visit to beautiful horse... - <p>Interesting visit to beautiful horse facility to see these lovely creatures doing their show routines and learn about their unique talents. Lunch was wonderful featuring local foods. Would have liked to just stay at the peaceful grounds all day!</p>
