The bay is known for its striking limestone cliffs that rise vertically from the emerald-green waters.
• Khao Phing Kan - Next, visit Khao Phing Kan, a pair of islands on Thailand’s west coast in Phang Nga Bay. About 40 meters (130 ft) from its shores is the 20 meters (66 ft) tall islet Ko Tapu or Khao Tapu. This island is part of the Ao Phang Nga National Park and has been popularly known as James Bond Island since its appearance in the 1974 film.

Continue to Tham Lod for an enjoyable kayaking experience. The kayaking trip through Tham Lod cave and along the river is a lot of fun and a great introduction to the area. You can paddle your own kayak if you wish, adding to the excitement. Be prepared to get wet, as you are on a river! Your guide will provide detailed insights into the cave.

• Koh Panyi (Floating Muslim Village) - Proceed to Koh Panyi (Floating Muslim Village) for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, explore the unique island of Panyee, characterized by towering limestone cliffs. The entire village is built on a vast network of stilts that cling to the island’s coastline and extend over the sea in a maze of elevated platforms and walkways.
• Wat Suwan Kuha (Cave Temple) - Next, visit Wat Suwan Kuha (Cave Temple). This Buddhist temple is located inside a cave called Tam Yai in a limestone mountain. Numerous caves are found in the mountain, with Tam Yai being the largest, measuring about 40 meters long and 20 meters wide. The reclining Buddha symbolizes entering Nirvana, a state of peace free from anger and suffering. You will also find several smaller revered Buddha images and a large white chedi. Due to the many monkeys around the temple, they are always on the lookout for food. If you wish to feed them, food is available for purchase.
• Raman Waterfall Forest Park - Conclude your visit at the beautiful Raman Waterfall Forest Park, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and sightseeing before the boat ride back.
