- Depending on the weather conditions the tour could be subject to changes for stops and beaches, so it is at the discretion of the commander to decide to ensure maximum safety the islands and stops will be chosen the same morning. Santa Maria, or Budelli, or Spargi, or Santo Stefano, or Caprera.

An essential in Sardinia! - Exceptional day with Jean-Pierre who speaks French very well. A la carte program with 2 beaches to swim for us all alone! Full of good tips for the city of Maddalena to enjoy the sun until evening. Food and drink on board at the top, more than enough to satisfy the whole family. One word: unforgettable!

Top class experience - From start to finish Giampiero was first class and a very professional skipper, he was in contact with us from the time that we booked until he arrived at the port in Palau 👌. We were escorted around all the islands, swam in the turquoise waters of Maddalena, spiaggia Rosa, moored for lunch and aperitifs’s , few drinks,we had pleasant conversations with Giampiero throughout the day, we would highly recommending this experience, this was a tailor made experience as he could have cancelled the journey as there was only the two off us on board as the weather forecast was not supposed to be great but turned out fabulous ☺️but he did not let us down and persevered , top class service, we would highly recommend this trip to anyone wishing to explore the islands. What a “big blue” day :) - A day at sea in a nice sailboat with plenty of good food and drinks (all included) - the captain’s homemade pasta was the best. The stops and the swims were nice, however a lot of boats ankers at the same places, so they get a bit “crowded”, which is not a surprise considering the big tour boats in the harbour. I would personally always prioritize the journey, find a nice quiet smaller boat, go slow and enjoy the wonderful scenery. It’s not the number of stops which make a trip great it’s the ocean… so definitely recommend the trip, the boat, and the captain and I feel that I got high value for the price…

Great day on Vale boat with Gianpiero - We had a great time on Vale boat with our capitan Gianpiero! He told us a lot of interesting stories and let us choose how we want to spend the time during the day. The food was great also! Very recommended!

AMAZING TRIP - Thanks to Giampero, the experience has been amazing. A tour of the best beaches, the day was not the best, but he has recommended us where there was less wind. All that accompanied by a good appetizer and a pasta dish made at the moment. A great recommended experience! Good price quality!

Explore Sardinia paradise like a local! - We had a wonderful day. Gianpiero and Antonella were amazing hosts. They served a great and very local aperitivo before lunch, we had great pasta for lunch and coffee and cake afterwards. We spent more than an hour in each stop we made, there was plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because due to weather conditions we couldn’t do Isola Spargi, Budelli and Santa Maria, which is basically what I paid for, so that was a bit disappointing but it was no one’s fault. Instead we explored Isola di Stefano and Caprera Island which were amazing as well. The other small complaint I have is that I went through an awkward moment when Gianpiero claimed he did not receive my payment when I could actually see the charge on my card and got the confirmation email. He made me call customer service and made me waste valuable time of the excursion when at the end it was because he had the wrong confirmation number. He should be more careful with these things for next time. Despite that, I had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this activity!

A broken dream - Despite having booked the tour a month and a half in advance, three days earlier we are informed that it is cancelled and refunded for bad weather. There was no bad weather that day. Without the possibility to make the excursion with another company when everything is booked. I have had the conclusion that it is usual for me to cancel the most economical pre-bookings, exchanging them for more expensive last minute sales. A broken dream on a wonderful holiday in Sardinia. Excuse me for coming back, but obviously not with Vale Boat Travel.
