Very nice experience... - Very nice experience although challenging, the journey is long but the places are wonderful! Bring the cash because very few accept the card.

Well worth the 18 hour day - I recently took the tour to Cascadas de Agua Azul, Misol-Ha, and the Palenque Archaeological Zone, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well organized, and each stop offered something unique and memorable. Be prepared, it is a looong day, but well worth it.
Our first stop was at a breakfast buffet, which was sufficient, but mediocre ($120 peso). Then, we made our way to Agua Azul, where the turquoise waters and layered falls were even more stunning in person, although the waters were a bit diluted due to runoff. We had ample time to walk along the pathways, take photos, visit the surrounding markets, and enjoy the scenery. Misol-Ha was equally impressive—a powerful single-drop waterfall surrounded by lush jungle and howler monkeys. The trail (and cave) behind the falls added a fun sense of adventure.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly Palenque. Our guide provided insightful context about the site’s history, architecture, and cultural significance, making the ruins come alive. The combination of well-preserved structures and the surrounding rainforest created an unforgettable atmosphere. There are tour guides at Palenque if you chose to pay for a more in-depth history of the site and Mayan culture.
Throughout the tour, our guide was professional, humorous, friendly, and attentive. The transitions between each location were smooth, and the entire day felt thoughtfully planned. This tour is a fantastic way to experience some of Chiapas’ most iconic natural and cultural treasures, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

Long trip but highly recommended - It was long trip, so little bit challenging with 7 years old girl. But it ends with full of satisfaction. Pickyp at 4 am so we need to wake up 3 am to prepare checkout to carry all our bags. Our driver, Luis was very supportive for that. Road to the Agua Azul was bumpy but we fell a sleep until we dropped by Ocosingo for the breakfast at 7 am. AGUA AZUL is really beautiful and it gets more spectacular when you go up higher. MISOL HA was only one big waterfall but you can pass through behind it. It is fun if you can stand for getting little but wet. Finally Palenque ruin is really something. It is smaller than I expected and then other many ruins near Merida or Tulum but well preserved and interestingly you can go inside the pyramid which is different. Finally we could get dropped in feont of hotel in Palanque where we stay for a while. I appreciate the cordination of tour operator and our excellent driver. Highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful and worth the early rise - The entire tour is nice the locations you just have to be willing to get up extremely early which is worth it because it is a lot of traveling there are a lot of wind erodes a lot of bumps so if you are sensitive to motion sickness you need to take a pill the waterfalls were amazing the tour guide that we contracted at the archaeological ruins was very knowledgeable my only complaint is the food options in the morning the breakfast was mediocre cold and them at the best and then for dinner there wasn't enough room to sit down you were basically fighting to find a seat they had no lighting you couldn't even really see what you were serving yourself but the food was good just a service wasn't that great the food was better in the evening than in the morning but I'd still recommend the trip. Actually when you get to the first waterfall they have so many different stands where you can eat that if you didn't eat the breakfast and waited to get there the only thing is it made it into your time that you have to explore but that's just my opinion on the food. Others in my group said the same regarding the food

Okay, but meh - Yes it is nice but we had breakfast very early (7:00) and lunch very late (16:30). I couldn't enjoy the Palenque because I almost passed out. The bus is small, no charger, and the places where we had lunch was expensive... although rich. The tours we were offered in Palenque were more expensive than what the other people offered.
