We offers hands-on cooking lessons where you will learn how to prepare a 3-course Sicilian menù from scratch. You will learn how to prepare a Sicilian starter, a First course of fresh Sicilian pasta, and a traditional dessert. At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy these dishes for lunch or dinner. The menu is based on the seasonality of the ingredients, regional specialties, and family recipes. Planning a menu according to your food preferences, allergies, and restrictions is possible. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
