We offers hands-on cooking lessons where you will learn how to prepare a 3-course Sicilian menù from scratch. You will learn how to prepare a Sicilian starter, a First course of fresh Sicilian pasta, and a traditional dessert. At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy these dishes for lunch or dinner. The menu is based on the seasonality of the ingredients, regional specialties, and family recipes. Planning a menu according to your food preferences, allergies, and restrictions is possible. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

A wonderful evening making and eating Sicilian food in city centre Palermo - We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience with Alice & Francesco at their home in Palermo. We learnt how to make a range of dishes including semifreddo, pasta and delicious vegetables - all made with such beautiful aromatic herbs and seasoning. We were very clearly guided in English, also with added historical information regarding foods and also had a lot of fun & laughter too. We look forward to making the dishes soon at home in the UK!

This class was the highlight of our trip! - Alice and Francesco provided a wonderfully warm and informative cooking class. They were professional, thoughtful and engaging. I think all cooking levels will benefit from a class with them, their combined experience and knowledge is impressive!
The quality and authenticity of ingredients and recipes were appreciated as was their lovely home.

Alice and Francesco... - Alice and Francesco provided a wonderful and informative cooking experience in their lovely Palermo apartment. My family and I enjoyed the hands-on learning and preparation of a seasonal, traditional Sicilian supper, including hand making pasta with eggplant & swordfish, Sicilian bell pepper rollatini and Cassata pie for dessert - followed by dining on their private terrace and enjoying our delicious preparations. Alice and Francesco are very knowledgeable and we highly recommend this not to be missed experience!!

Outstanding!!! - This was our family’s favorite activity in Sicily. If you are looking for a memorable, fun & delicious experience, this is it! Alice is so kind & a great teacher. She told us about the ingredients, the history behind the dishes & helped us prepare the food from start to finish. Each dish is thought of with care and fresh ingredients were used along the way. Her home is beautiful & it was an honor to enjoy an authentic excellent dining service — that our hands helped prepare, with Alice. Mil grazie!

A beautiful discovery of Sicilian cuisine with the family - One of our most beautiful experiences in Sicily! Thank you both for this beautiful discovery of Sicilian cuisine and for our exchanges, we bring your delicious recipes in our suitcases and will gladly redo them at home. It was also a beautiful moment shared with family. Our two daughters were able to participate actively in the workshop without worry.
