We’ll gather at Porta Carini, the entrance to Capo Market, at 10.30 am. Here, we’ll collect the fresh produce required for our culinary class. Post that, we’ll proceed to our venue - the majestic XVII century edifice known as Palazzo Asmundo, opposite the Cathedral. This is where we’ll spend the morning cooking. Our cooking agenda includes a complete Sicilian course - be it seafood, meat, or vegetarian alternatives, spanning across three dishes. We’ll kick things off with a local appetiser comprising of local cheeses, olives and Monreale bread served with a glass of wine and olive oil. Keeping in mind that our menu is seasonal, it is subject to changes. During the class, you’ll also prepare the traditional Sicilian Limoncello, using lemons cultivated by the chef within the confines of Nebrodi park.

To mark the close of our culinary day, you’ll receive a certificate of participation signed by the Chef and a mini bottle of our homemade limoncello as souvenirs.
