Not to be missed, great way to spend a day! - We've ridden aerial trams around the world and we both thought this was the best of them all -- for the views, quality the facilities, smooth ticketing and operations, helpful staff, and overall visitor experience. The restaurant is terrific, with lovely views. The visitor center atop Mt. San Jacinto has everything you need and is staffed by wonderful professionals and volunteers. And the hiking trails lead to viewpoints offering stunning views of Palm Springs, the valley below, and beyond. All in all, a very enjoyable way to escape the heat and spend the better part of a day outdoors.

The Rotating Tram! - It’s much cooler up there and nice view. Riding the tram itself is fun! Its rotation makes the difference!

Ride up the mountain, enjoy amazing views, and explore at the top. - Riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a memorable experience. The tram slowly rotates as it climbs high above the desert, offering amazing 360-degree views of the mountains and valley below. At the top, it’s much cooler, with fresh pine forests and great hiking trails. You can relax, take photos, and enjoy the dramatic scenery—all just a short trip from downtown Palm Springs.

Mountain top adventure - Book on site not on apps. Way easier, and cheaper. Tram was fun, although seems like a lot of people, the tram rotates and everyone can see and take pictures. There are benches if you need to sit or are not stable for the ride up/down. Nice walking paths, museum, slideshow, photo ops, viewing platforms, restaurant, and staff to support at the top. Fun day for visitors or locals.

Get tickets on site - Go up there and buy in person. They don’t sell out. When we got up there it was a huge hassle to print the papers (waste paper) then tickets. Plus it held up the line. The cost was more on this site too. When we got to the mtn the agent told us to book in person, and everyone else was. We just didn’t know and were new to the area. Won’t use trip advisor again for the tram.
