- Palma de Mallorca - The tour kicks off at Camí de la Escollera, right in front of the Cathedral of Palma, around 09:15 hrs. Palma was initially established as a Roman camp on the remnants of a Talaiotic settlement. The city endured several Vandal invasions during the decline of the Western Roman Empire, was later reclaimed by the Byzantine Empire, colonized by the Moors (who named it Medina Mayurqa), and in the 13th century, conquered by James I of Aragon.
- Banyalbufar - The name Banyalbufar originates from two Arabic words: banya (constructed) and bahar. Banya refers to a Moorish settlement founded on the island in the 10th century. Thus, Banyalbufar means “founded by the sea.” After the Catalan conquest of Majorca in 1229, Banyalbufar was governed by Gilabert de Cruilles and Ramon sa Clusa. During the Middle Ages and until the 15th century, the valley was under the Barony of Banyalbufar, an almost absolute rule. The baron held civil and criminal jurisdiction over the entire population. The residents of Banyalbufar primarily focused on agriculture, with fishing as a secondary activity. They produced wheat, barley, pulses, olives, flax, hemp, saffron, and notably, wine. The local Malvasier grape was highly esteemed. After a long decline, efforts are now underway to revive this grape variety.
- Estellencs - Estellenchs is the least populated town on the island, with the municipality also having the smallest census, just over 300 residents. However, in the summer, the population exceeds 450.
The municipality is situated between Andrach and Bañalbufar, connected by a single road that runs along the Sierra de Tramontana. In winter, due to challenging access, it is often one of the first towns on the island to be isolated during storms, as rockfalls on the road block passage.
- Binissalem - Located in the center of Mallorca, Binissalem is part of the Raiguer region.
- Sineu - Sinéu is situated in the heart of Mallorca. It is one of the towns in Mallorca with the highest number of restaurants, bars, and cafes relative to its population. In 2004, Sinéu boasted 37 dining establishments.
- Casa Museo Els Calderers - The route explores the history of Mallorcan life and culture by visiting Els Calderers, an 18th-century estate that showcases rural life in Mallorca. Previously dedicated to agriculture and livestock, the foundation of the Balearic economy, it is now a museum where visitors can see furniture, customs, and clothing from that era.
