The transfer was about... - The transfer was about half hour late and my text messages to the vendor was unanswered and there was no phone number to call them. We spent some anxious moments wondering whether we should call a cab instead.

Our initial flight was... - Our initial flight was delayed , so we missed our connection. I sent a message to the provider/ Viator notifying them of this and I did not receive a reply. Once we arrived at the Cancun airport, we found the My Transfer rep and we were on his list. However, we waited over an hour and then he gave us two options. 1) wait another hour to get the private transportation which we paid for or 2) leave in the next 10 minutes on a shared ride. We chose the shared ride since we had already been waiting so long. The shared ride took us well over 1 1/2 hours because of all of the other stops. The return trip to the airport was better. The pickup was relatively on time and it was a private trip. However, the van that we rode in had a huge crack all the way across the windshield.

Not worth it - We requested airport transportation for an early flight. I tried to communicate with the tour operator through the Viator app to let them know the date and time we needed for pickup. We received a pickup date two months in advance! I responded with the corrected date and never heard back from the tour company. I sent countless messages letting them know we needed the current month date and that we would be waiting in the hotel lobby for pickup. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to pick us up. We had to pay for a taxi. We would not recommend this company.

My Transfers Scan pick up - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- This company is a sham and a scam. On arrival they said our private shuttle had left and we needed to pay another £10 immediately or have to wait another hour for another private shuttle.

Unreliable service and unflexible company - I recently booked a transfer with MyTransfers for a trip to Cancun airport, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite my attempts to change the scheduled pickup time, MyTransfers did not allow any changes, which was frustrating and inconvenient. What was even worse was that the transfer arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled pickup time and left without us, leaving my family, including three small children, stranded! This was incredibly irresponsible and unsafe, especially when dealing with young children. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by MyTransfers. Their inflexibility and lack of consideration for their clients' safety and well-being is unacceptable. I would advise anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy transfer services to consider other options.
