Great service! - The service and help from the staff is absolutely amazing. The trip itself was a great adventure! Our tour was on 5 different languages so there was a lot of talking on the speakers of the bus

The tour allowed to visit... - The tour allowed to visit memorable sights on the island, and was well organized. The bus drive through the mountains spectacular. I wish there were a couple more stops just to take more photos of magnificent scenery.

Day tour by train, tram, boat and panoramic coach - Full and fantastic tour, organized very well, with pick up from 'hotel, we traveled on the train of Soller and then by tram, we arrived at the port and took the boat that took us to So Calobra. The Guide was very kind and helpful, spoke many languages, the return we did it by coach where we saw the whole panorama of the mountains and where the same Guide explained the various places, it was all very exciting. If you have to choose between the various tours, Recommendation definitely 'this because it is complete

Interesting, informative, Enjoyable Day on a Coach, Tram, Train, and Boat. Great Scenery and different places to visit. - Great day excursion, super guide (I think his name was Igor) he was very informative and enthusiastic. Interesting stops during the day to a variety of places. Very good coach driver who made the trip along the windy mountain roads more leisurely so we could take in the fantastic views. Igor advised us of what to expect at every part of the trip, making it relaxing and enjoyable.

Not quite the full range of transport anticipated - It was quite a varied experience. I loved the initial coach trip (especially as we were sat at the front with a great view of the many bends in the road). On the other hand my wife found it quite scary considering that we were overhanging the edge of the road with drop offs beneath us. Sa Calobra was busy, but we took the opportunity to walk around to the cove and sit on the pebbled beach with our previously prepared picnic. This was relaxing within a quite stunning location. Unfortunately the weather (slight sea swell) meant that we weren’t able to take the planned boat trip from Sa Calobra to Port Soller (which was disappointing), so we had to do that journey by coach. A number of cyclists have done the climb up to the Col quicker than we did! Once we got dropped off in Port Soller we had a fairly short group walk to the Tram Stop. This area of town was very busy, but our pre-booking ensured that we got onto the tram ride to Soller, by having precedence over lots of other people waiting for the tram. (Can’t call it a queue!) After getting off the tram at Sóller we had time for a quick drink before boarding the train back to Palma. This was a gradual climb up through the mountains (via a few tunnels), and then a drop back down the other side. The final part of the journey was back to our hotel pick up point via coach. Overall it was a full day out with the only times to stop were approx. 15 mins drink and toilet stop at the Aquaduct, 90 mins (including lunch) in Sa Calobra, 10 mins in Port Soller and 25 mins in Sóller. Lots of good photos though of the stunning scenery.

Nice trip with some hooks - This is a trip you almost have to make when you are in Palma. The trip is very contentful and you get to see a lot of beautiful Mallorca. We had some difficulties finding where we were to be picked up (received information about 9:20, but was actually 9:30). It became uncertain.) But the yellow bus was easy to see. What draws a star is that the bus ride is very long and twisted. Something we didn't get information about. In the description only train, tram and boat are highlighted. The dining places in Port de Sa Calobra were "tourist traps". But overall it was a day we were very happy with.

If you want to spend time in Soller avoid this tour - The description of this tour on the website is misleading despite what the operator says. You spend 2.5 hours on a coach through the mountains on a windy road which at times is very narrow. You then stop in Sa Calobra for nearly 2 hours which is probably 2 hours too much. Board a boat for a 45 minute ride and all you see is cliffs and rocks. Arrive in Port Soller given 10 minutes (this is supposed to be the highlight and it is) but 10 minutes is not enough to enjoy. Board the tram to Soller spend only 30 minutes in this beautiful town get on the old train which is great. Arrive at some location outside Palma (note.. this doesn't stop at the main Palma Soller station) Board another bus back to hotel. All up this is a very disappointing trip they need to get the timing better stop less in the fishing port more in Soller. Better yet avoid this tour and get the train yourself to Soller it will save you time and you will enjoy Soller. Not recommended unless you enjoy sitting on a coach. I only gave it a 3 star because Angela the host was excellent and the bus driver very skilled.

A lot of travel by coach - Saw a lot but there is a lot of travel by coach which isn’t mentioned in the description. We spent over 2 hours on the coach going on the windy roads through the mountains. The trip also ran slightly behind schedule so there was very little time to spend in Sóller which was one of the main reasons for the trip.

Mallorca is gorgeous - Very large group. Leader was not friendly. Although advertised in English, leader spoke in 3 languages. Only gave directions about when/where to meet. No interesting facts shared with the group about Mallorca. A young woman sitting at back of bus was vomiting and leader wouldn’t let her move up because “those seated up front paid more” which was not true. Overall I would NOT recommend this tour. Most of the time spent on vehicles when no interesting facts about Mallorca were shared by the leader.

Changed the return time of the tour. - The original return time at the end of the tour was 5:00 PM. The day before the tour, I inquired about the meeting spot. It’s only then that I found out that the actual return time was just past 6:00 PM. Our ship sailed at 6:00, so I had to cancel the tour at the last minute. The tour guide changed the return time. We did not do the tour due to that change.
