Usual Bus Chaos - First pickup from our hotel. Didn't stop too many times en route to Palma. Went up to the castle but rather than stop for 5mins to take a photo and admire the view over Palma the bus turned around and drove back down again! Wasted journey. Got to the drop off point by the cathedral. There were 3 bus times. 2 for those staying in Palma and 1 for those like us going to Valldemosa. We had a good walk around Palma and were back at the drop off point for 1pm. There was the usual chaos as to who was on what coach. No one took our details. Just asked if we were English. Eventually got on a new bus to Valldemosa. Lovely village high in the mountains. It wasn't too busy and was cooler than Palma had been. Took the guided walk and then wandered around ourselves. Bus took us back to the cathedral drop off point when we had to change buses again. Had to wait outside of our bus for 30mins before the guide arrived to check us all in. All in all a good day but the bus organisation needs to be handled much better!

Palma and Valdemossa - Good communication prior to the trip. Coach straight to Palma but when you get off it is chaos. We were not sure where anything was and where is best to go. There were too many people who spoke different languages on the coach - at least 4 languages and it got confusing. Palma was love and Valdemossa definitely worth a trip.

Too little time - Was too little time for everything tour guide was whole here under time pressure was not nice on. Everything well planned except time.

Very poorly organized.... - Very poorly organized. Communication was terrible. Could not hear the tour guide at all and it was not that crowded at the cathedral.

Very poor organization, safety, satisfaction, execution - The open-top bus runs at 100 km/h over the highway. No attention is paid to wearing seatbelts, trees that drag in the tourists' faces, nor to possible ear infections or conjunctivitis, which can occur retrospectively due to the acute relative wind. Older tourists in particular were very upset that they were not advised by the tour guide with whom they had booked this trip to take a cap, jacket with a hood, etc. In this case, Sidetours is very negligent with the health and safety of tourists. Furthermore, it was a mess, as there was not a constant accompaniment, also important information should be conveyed in good understandable German, as especially the older generation often understands insufficient English and misunderstandings arise especially at prehistoric times to the meeting place. It also happened that elderly tourists were sent alone to a meeting point, even though they booked comprehensive escorts... Organizer Sidetours should urgently revise its work concept and pay more attention to its employees, so that they do not face the tourists annoyed and wailing. Adequate pay, balanced working hours, sufficient rest would be a start, professional planning and training would also be... Too bad, other providers make it... I will never book through this provider again and many who have also made these trips likewise..
